Well, the number one thing was Price. I was searching for something reasonable and this was one of the cheapest on the list. However it had high radians from the people who would stay there. It is truly a family owned business. It’s in an excellent location has excellent parking easy to get to right off of a main road, staff are excellent work with the rooms are super clean. Everything works as it should. For the money that I paid I would rate this excellent. Now, if I was taking my entire family on a trip and they were expecting to stay in big fancy resort this would not be where I would go. I wanted , an easy clean affordable place to spend the night in this had it also even had a mini fridge and microwave.

Convenient room on lower level. There is a fast food restaurant right next door. Great air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator. The TV has a menu and was large and worked well. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The only problem was the parking lot. The spaces were all compact and somewhat inconvenient layout. We had a truck, so we were always too close to other vehicles. There were also not enough electrical outlets, none near the bed. We had brought a power strip so it was okay.

I wanted to get away for a little staycation. What an excellent decision to stay here. It's a cute little hideaway mom and Pop quiet very very clean. The pool was just the right temperature and the Jacuzzi. Oh my gosh wonderful I will be back.

It's not a big deal and it's actually kind of funny the pillows on the beds. They need to get new ones did not comfortable at all so you know what just bring your own pillow that's pretty awesome that that's the only thing that I had to complain about ha ha ha ha ha, I'm still coming back

There is nothing that I do not like- about this place. It is the only place left in the Valley- that is both AFFORDABLE, & CLEAN. They do an excellent, and thorough job cleaning the rooms. I mean, the walls, inside drawers, baseboards, behind & inside fridge.. It is impressive, actually. The staff is helpful, if you need them- but they respect your privacy. There is never any "riff-raff' (day or night). You could not ask for a better location- being that it is on Ventura Blvd, and directly off the 101 fwy. Topanga Cyn, is 1 block away. Take that 20 minutes, and you will be at the ocean. The property is shared with a small burger place (Boulevard Burgers), which also makes really great breakfast. Pool in the courtyard.. Can't beat this place. Highly recommend!!

Location is great, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and many small unique restaurants and also many chain restaurants within a few blocks. Comfortable beds and a microwave and small fridge are in the room, and they offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

A coffee pot in the room for hot water for tea or soup, etc., would be useful, but there is none.

The location was perfect as my daughter was having surgery at the nearby Kaiser Hospital. The breakfast was more than adequate all I needed a great muffin and coffee. The room was immaculate. I know this is an older property but I valued the previous Reviews and booked. This is a great property and location for travelers who are here in Ca to enjoy all that Los Angeles and Hollywood offer for entertainment etc. Who stays in their hotel room 24/7? You need a safe, clean environment for rest and this was it. David the staff member in the office was so kind, helpful, and friendly.

Love this place. Exceptionally clean & excellent location. Staff/Management do an all around excellent job. Much lower price, than anywhere else in the area. I find it ridiculous that anyone would complain about the breakfast being "only muffins". This place is not a corporation. To expect scrambled eggs, and bacon- is pretty silly. They have muffins, and coffee, and tea available each morning- and for the record: they are very large muffins, and are super good!

Good water pressure in shower! I asked for an upstairs room and got it (so I would not have elephants above me).

Pool and hot tub were closed, and seem to have been that way for a while. Breakfast was some pastries put out and coffee with non-dairy creamer, ugh!

Breakfast wasn't included but on everyday morning you can grab some muffins and tea or coffee from the office. Room was big enough for us and really clean - was cleaning everyday.

If you want to use a jacuzzi you have to ask about it at the office. Only they have an acess to turn on jacuzzi and theres no any information around the pool about it.

We like this hotel and always come back to it. Every time we're in the valley, we stay here. Can't beat the price. Staff is always nice, king bed, clean, and pastries and coffee in the mornings.

It's a bit small but we still like it.
