Facilities was nice and clean. Staff Katie greeted us with a smile and a kind personality. The room was spacious for 2 queen beds, bathroom was clean and modern. Shower amenities eg: lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body was was all provided and it's Dove brand. They have patio sitting right by the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good in the weekday but better tasting eggs and ham option for the weekend. Overall, I do recommend LA Quinta and if I stay in Santa Clarita again, I would definitely stay here.

That some people didn't pick up after their pets and it got over crowded in the weekend which made parking hard to find.

Right when entering, got greeting by friendly staff. Then a few minutes later, got a text welcoming me and asking if there was anything else I needed. I was pleasantly surprised how big the room was, my kids had a lot of room to play in and having 2 TVs helped a lot. My kids got a kick out of the toilet having a ribbon around it, which meant it was cleaned. The breakfast area was big enough with a variety of options for breakfast, hot food and not just cereal and toast. Was told Six Flags is very close so will have to stay there again and check it out! Will go and stay there again.

The one elevator is a little slow but clean.

We arrived late after a long drive from Northern California and the desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. We booked the King room but we were pleasantly surprised to see that we were given the King suite. The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautiful and clean. Even though the hotel is close to the Highway, there was no traffic noise. The complimentary breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, assortment of breads, make your own waffle bar and much more. We have always had a great experience whenever we stay at La Quinta Inns.

There is nothing negative about our stay.

The property is very clean and in a nice quiet location close to restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are all beautiful with comfortable beds! The bathrooms are clean and provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Has a clean heated pool and spa with beautiful landscaping. Breakfast is always amazing. The staff members are wonderful! I have nothing but positive things to say about every one of them. They make you feel very welcome and checking in and out a breeze. This is my go to hotel hands down.

This is my go to hotel every time I need to stay outside of my home. Aside for the round the clock readily available coffee, I like the fact that every time I arrive to the hotel, the lobby smells exceptionally clean. Which gives a good impression, the suite has been my favorite room to book as it’s spacious, clean and has a lot of natural lighting, a bonus for me.

My only complaint is the scrambled eggs at breakfast. The taste is fake and plasticky. It would be ideal to have real eggs or perhaps hard boiled eggs as a bonus.

My stay was exceptional from the moment I first entered the lobby, until I checked out and exited! (Please note: This "review" from someone who, having previously stayed here, avoided La Quinta for almost two years due to a very, very bad stay at a La Quinta in another state.)

No "fanfare" - (definition: a short, ceremonial piece of music typically played by trumpets or similar brass instruments to announce the arrival of an important person ..." :)

I loved that it was nice and clean , safe area Swimming pool was nice and relaxing Staff was very nice and accommodating, very helpful Breakfast was good , great choices and loved the changes one day was bacon , then biscuits and gravy and so on, very yummy We had no complaints, but if not driving it’s a bit further from things but walking distance to in & out , Outback and few other places to eat , 10 min Uber drive to other places to eat to , Uber here is and was very helpful and convenient, we had the best experience for our mother daughter trip This hotel was the best , I know some people like to nit pick things apart but this hotel is above and beyond , if you want to feel safe in Cali and don’t mind the 30 mins or so to LA or lil further to other things this is the place to stay

Breakfast was good. Nice selection for a free breakfast. Staff were helpful. Near where we needed to go.

We asked for service to straighten up the room and new towels when we were out. We came back and nothing was done. I told them the times we would be gone so they had plenty of time and knew when we were to come back. Had to call and ask why. Just an apology. Then just asked for some clean towels and they delivered timely.

Loved the location and cleanliness. Beautiful scenery in a secluded area. However I wish the parking arrangement was better. Half the cars parked did know how to park properly, therefore making it difficult for me to get out my vehicle. Other than my stay was amazing. Will be returning in the future.

Parking is terrible. Property needs to do something about people that park improperly making it difficult for others to get in and out of their cars.

It was close to highway 5. The room was very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable too. We slept like babies. Microwave and mini fridge a plus. Lots of towels perfect for a family of three. Too bad we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as it looked inviting. The breakfast buffet looked good. We forgot that it ends at 9am. We enjoyed the leftovers.

Parking secure. Starbucks close by and other restaurants.
