Good sized room and very comfortable. Even though it was freeway close I could not hear traffic. There is a small cafe with wine/beer service and a nice selection of food to order. The staff at the cafe, and also at registration, were very friendly.

They need a better coffee "system" in the room. It's a small, one cup machine and there are very small packets (stir sticks, creamer, sugar). Each contained very small packs of one sugar..probably 1/4 a teaspoon. I had to open all four packets just to get a tsp of sugar. A hotel of that caliber should put more effort into coffee service.

We requested an early check in since we were dropping off our teenagers at Magic Mountain. We were told that they couldn't guarantee it but to check on the day of. Luckily we were able to check in at 11, instead of 4, and we enjoyed the pool with the extra time. Breakfast was included and tasty, I recommend the breakfast burrito.

The elevator closest to our room was down for the weekend so we did have a longer walk to the room. Other than that everything either met or exceeded our expectations.

There was no free breakfast to our knowledge. There was a small cafe that seemed nice, but we did not purchase anything. The room itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The view was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was rather lovely. I loved the fact that the curtains completely blacked out the room when needed.

My only complaint was that the bathtub was a bit high off the ground. Almost an awkward height. But that's all.

The rooms were amazing, a lot of amenities there were amazing such as multiple towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, body soap and body moisterizer. Also iron and hangers.

The TVremote didnt work very well. Would have loved for the breakfast to be included, bought it but it was small compared to the price.

I just had one issue during my overnight stay. I set the thermostat to a lower temperature (only at 72) and it seems that the aircon unit couldn’t handle it because it just keeps trying to cool the room every few minutes, and this just woke me up through the night. I ended up just setting the temperature higher so that the aircon buzz will stop.

Clean & Comfortable for an overnight stay. First floor room available. Snack & drink cabinet for easy access where the honor system is respected as you notify the front desk of your choice. Ice machine nearby.

LG TV- response to the remote control is only located on the top rim left to center. Yikes! Partner had to call Hotel service to show her how to get a response from the remote control. Unfortunately he was tall and didn't allow her to use the remote to see if she got it. I got it. Funny.

Rooms were very clean. Had everything I needed. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. My stay made me feel I was at home. Breakfast was delicious and coffee as well.

I wish the hotel had more exits and entrance doors. If they could have put a side entrance door I would not be walking all the way to entrance door from the parking lot

The interior of the room was clean. A very nice large bathroom and shower.

The iron didn't work, they brought me a newer one after it soaked my clothes. The large picture window was very dirty, it needs to be cleaned. We paid too much for the windows to be dirty! The pool and jacuzzi open too late in the morning, 10 AM. We weren't able to enjoy them in the morning!

Kind staff, large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps instead of the tiny bottles, beautiful pool area, decent portions for the included breakfast

Our check in wasn't until 4pm, which is tough to do in the middle of an amusement park day. Also, the room hadn't been very thoroughly cleaned which we only discovered after adjusting the TV for better vision and pulling out the moveable desk. There were noodles and food debris both under the television and on the moveable desk

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our request to stay passed check out with no problem 😊 Great location easy to get to. They also had refreshments. Nice restaurant 😋 We loved it so much we reserved 2 weekend back to back. Recommend this place 👌 to stay.
