The room was spacious and clean and the continental breakfast was nice!!

We paid the stay in full beforehand but when we got to the property they didn’t accept Apple Pay as means of payment for the deposit.. it was 1:40am and we had just driven all the way from San Francisco, so all we needed and wanted was some rest.. the receptionist guy made it very difficult for us to check in, because we had to look for ways of getting $200 cash around that time of the night since the property only accepted physical credit cards.. please be clear about that when guests make the reservation!! It’s very frustrating not to be able to get some sleep, especially after a long trip and having a 3mo baby in the car!!

I liked that there was plenty of parking. Checking in was easy. The room was clean. The room had a king-size bed, a tall mini fridge, a microwave, and a nice Samsung flat-screen TV. Plenty of outlets, a desk, a chair, a coffee maker with cups and coffee packets. The bathroom was decent size, it had a blow dryer, complimentary tooth brush and tooth paste, bottles of handsome by the sink and in the shower/bathtub. Hot water worked. There was breakfast next to checking from 7am to 9am. It was a very nice room. There were two liquor stores that were walking distance.

The room lock was kind of damaged. I had to lift the handle up instead of down, but it worked.

The facility is small, but there is ample parking and good amenities for the price. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows and blankets. The heater worked great and kept us toasty all night. The room came with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even toothpaste! The continental breakfast was terrific! Really good selection of breakfast foods, and it was served bright and early, which was a plus since we were heading out at 7am.

The water pressure was very low and the shower got luke warm at best. The fire alarm went off at midnight for about 30 seconds which was slightly annoying since it jolted us awake, and there was no explanation for the false alarm.

Well, I was expecting North Hollywood to be a nicer place for staying. Didn't find it safe & clean enough as neighborhood. And got myself few ugly encounters with people on the hotel parking and even inside the hotel (homeless lady sneaked in to steal some food whilst doors were open for breakfast). Hotel staff is not to blame for this of course, and I'm unsure as well if it's different on other Hollywood zones.

The room was clean complete with basic things like shampoo, conditioner and body wash thats in a bottle dispenser enough for a week stay. They also include toothpaste so that you dont have to bother to bring. Overall the room was serving with luxury. All I can say is that please choose this property or else you are not saving and living in luxury for a steal price.

There is nothing to not like about the property! Everything is exceptional!

Flexibility in items of breakfast. Smiles. 1st floor the parking should always be facing the rooms with the exaust system ( muffler) towards the street. People leave their cars and trucks on and carbon monoxide goes in the rooms. Thank you.

Room was small and HVAC was noisy.

I liked the room it was really clean and nice on top of that it was very comfortable. I wish the rooms were cheaper so that I can stay there more often. Housekeeping was nice front desk receptionist was kind and helpful.

I did not like that there was only one place to eat around the area. It would be nice to have other options to dine at especially if you're like me. When I book a room, I always stay for several days.

The hotel was nice and clean I did not like the location very dirty and lots of trash on the street but the hotel itself was very nice and clean

There was only 2 tables in the area for breakfast and there were a lot of people there on Monday morning suggest having some folding tables that can be taken out when there's a full house

Clean room with plenty of room.

It appeared that a major drug distribution was run out of ground floor, last room toward the back. 6+ large black suitcases and many more black gym bags. Two SUV backed into vet parking spaces for a long time, with several men back and forth from their vehicles to drop off white SUV, which pulled to the back and tje other suvs moved to back of property and assisted with transport of bags. The black suv tag number was BYUY290. This appeared to be the main source of the activity. There needs to be better security at this motel location. I didn't report this because one does not know if the manager is involved in this activity. Super 8 I will not stay at again.
