We had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly & welcoming. There is a Starbucks cafe at the lobby. So easy for me to grab a quick sandwich, cakes & latte. We love the lobby with the cosy sofas. They were very accommodating. We got upgraded to an Executive Suite room. They allowed us to check in 1pm. This was a big plus. Our room was located on the 22nd floor and the view from our windows was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. After dinner, we had a drink on the 12th floor Pool bar. Good location, the mall is within walking distance. There is a bridge linked to the mall. So convenient! We had dinner & did some shopping at the mall. Overall everything was great.

I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Setia Alam! The customer service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The hotel environment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from a shopping mall where you can find a wide variety of local delicacies and everything you need. Getting a ride was also super easy, making transportation a breeze. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Setia Alam again. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing. The staff and the accommodation itself. Suitable for business trips as it's very professional. The best part is they have Starbucks for breakfast and the restaurant opens as early as 6:30AM so you may get breakfast before leaving for work. The best part is it's very accessible through Link Bridge to Setia Alam City mall. So even when you're in a business trip, you can still go for a quick shopping errand even if you don't have the luxury of time.

All the staff I've encountered are all great and friendly! Amazing customer service. Room is very clean and big, bed is comfortable. Pool and gym were both pleasant. There was a wide spread of different types of food at breakfast too. It is near a huge shopping mall so there's a lot of options for food. The room service meals were great as well!

The TV in the room doesn't have Netflix, only channels were available. Nothing else that I didn't like! everything was great. The only thing is that there's nothing much to do in Klang so getting a GrabTaxi can be quite hard at certain times or public holidays.

there was a staff (gardener perhaps) spraying pesticide on the bushes very close to the swimming pool whilst guests are swimming. I understand he was only doing his job but the task could have been done when guests aren’t around for example between 11am-3pm. some astro TV channels appeared pixelated and could not be viewed

I was expecting a standard out of city hotel but it exceeded this level. The hotel is quite plush, the Rosa good size and comfortable. We a had a great bathroom. The staff were genuinely helpful and the parking was free. There is a Mall across the road with a bridge link which was nice. We used to travel to Sky Mirror etc an approx 45 min journey. It worked extremely well as a base.

The room is very large.

The teabags and coffee are supposed to put in the box. It is unhygienic. Others items like toothbrush and toiletries are stored in the nice bamboo box. Why can't consumables items aren't in the box? Secondly which is more important is the quality of water in the bottle. It is disgusting. Need to check the chemical and microbiological parameters of the water. It smells like it contains bleach. I would be very happy if you are able to analyze the water in the water bottle for the guests in the room and revert to me at [email protected]

Breakfast overall was delicious n yummy although one of the day, I found that the fruits was not fresh as they cut it into small pieces in a cup with taste of star anise n cloves

Toilet need cleaning thoroughly using bleach as there was mold at the shower ceramic tiles n there was weird smell from the toilet whenever u enter the room

We had a wonderful 2nights stay at the Loft. The morning sunrise view is fantastic. The owner was also very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and needed a place to park our car before crossing over to Singapore. We were very thankful to the owner for helping us to find a place to temporarily park our car. Check-in is a breeze and security is excellent. Facilities are up to expectation. There is also a huge food court just right opposite the property!
