I like that the whole house is clean and just as advertised. I slept well. Toilet was clean. Check in was a bit complicated but the security personnel was very very helpful and nice. We had a bit of trouble to scan the card to get to the parking lot. The makcik guard accompanied us to the parking to help us. Turns out its not sensitive and you have to get real close to the censor. Wifi was excellent. I had no problem conducting my online classes. Iron/iron board provided, the fridge works, air-conditioning in every room and 2 in the hall. I like that it was spacious. We didnt try the tv/washing machine/stove so cant comment on those. All in all, great comfortable stay.

Ants. We only brought up 1 pack of biscuits and some cut up fruits. I left it on the kitchen counter while doing my classes and suddenly there were ants. Kept them in the fridge so the ants stop coming. Also, shampoo/soap. Yeah, provided but not refilled. There was very little left in the bottle. Maybe they forgot. Good thing we brought our own. The manager returned the deposit a couple of days late but did so once prompted. Maybe he was busy. Also i wish there were mirrors in the room/hall other than in the bathrooms (just a suggestion). It was hard getting ready in the toilet haha (we booked the place because we had a wedding to attend nearby so im guessing most stayers are the same). Just minor things that can be improved.

The unit was clean and the facilities provided especially washer and dryer really helpful. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is perfect if you are travelling with friends/family.

During registration could be quite confuse. would like to suggest to owner to provide the registration procedure together with picture. luckily the security guard is very helpful too.

The security at lobby entrance. Cannot speak malay at all. Speak very little english. Not trained. Slow at doing their job. Took 10 minutes to register an entry.

Very closed to Aeon Big Shah Alam and easy to get the access card. Door key is using a keyless entry

The swimming pool needs to make a reservation and it's stated only genuine residents only allowed to use the pool. Only 4 units are allowed for each session.
