Easy to park, near lift. Many shops , restaurants at ground floor.

The lift. If you enter from carpark, it's easy to go to the room floors and for safety reasons it's good. But if you are coming from the shops floors, only one service lift is available and can be busy at times. Make sure your lift key card is active if you extend stay, if not it will be blocked. Hard time to look for the security office.

got iron, clean bathroom, the bed soft. TV channel was awesome, got water heater.

im not sure the bedsheet and pillow case wash or recycled, because we felt itchy after sleep on the bed, hope they washed them before next cust enter the room,,,,,the fan cannot reduce to slower, i dont like use aircond all the time, but scared to use the fan,,,, TOO FAST, i felt like it will come off from the ceiling, so i use aircond only. love your TV channel, excellent, so many movies and for children too.

great deals with the owner. so convenient 👍🏻👍🏻 lots of food choices, easy to get. there's also pharmacy & clinics available. would repeat with the same owner 🥰

1. Retail stores at LG makes it convenient to buy meals etc. 2. Helpful staff to meet parking needs of disable driver. 3. Clean property.

1. Only 1 lift going to retail stores. Recommend to go up, then only go to LG esp during peak periid. 2. Self check out subject to biz hour of retail outlet where the box is located at.

The room was clean. I asked the agent for a quiet room and he suggested to get an intenal small room. Alrhough this is a crowded buliding with too many shops down but it was quiet and comfortable. The aircon perfectly functions.

Because the bed is metal it makes sound when you rolling over. Anyway, it is not a loud sound.

Very well equip, in term of bed, cutleries, kitchenware, laundry, all was good

maybe the lift, need to wait longer since only 1 unit that covers until LG floor and the daily rate for parking quite high, RM17/day max charge.

The location: There are numerous restaurants below the apartment, and there are also convenient stores and gadget shop so there's no problem if you need something urgently. The space to hang clothes outside the 2-bedroom apartment is really spacious.

The self check-in procedure takes quite a long time since I need to park outside the building first and climb up the stairs to get the key. There is only one elevator that can go through all the levels. We experience problem with the elevator once and had to climb all the way upstairs. Mind you, I have senior citizens and kids with me that need to be carried.

Not hard to understand the instruction given. will book this one again when i travel to shah alam

maybe the shower head can be replaced. but overall everything is good. oh btw, im not sure if the tv can be turn on or not, because my friends tried to switch one but cannot. so we decided to just watch netflix at our ipad.
