Room . It's too small Lift a bit scary coz lots of noice

Simple accomodation with basic necessities. Anything else one needs basically can be met by going to LG floor and buy from the many shops there. Lots of parking available in front of shops and the basement where we were asked to park at. This unit particularly is suitable for 1 or 2 family members travelling together.

Only 1 lift to go down to LG for the public. So at busy times, we could be waiting for a while. Parking for guests are advised to be at the basement, so there is no "apparent" choice that we can park at higher floors (with access to 2 more lifts). Try not to forget your wallet when you are already late, I guess.

Can improve check in method with pictures and video. Have 4 block with different lift. I ask someone for direction and her give me wrong direction and block. 30min to find lift for right block only. Very unpleasant.

The staff was friendly and provided enough information we needed especially in our way to the room since it's a bit confusing. Also, we were asked to checkout before 12pm but I was late for about 15mins. However, she was still there for the checkout and returned our deposit as well. For the room, it was all clean and the airconds were all functioning well.

Everything was super nice but I have to address that we got confused in the search of the assigned parking so we spent quite some time there before we managed to get into the room.

The lift system need overhaul can be very confusing and too many using one lift . WiFi could be better .also general area could do with some maintenance does not cost much too paint badly marked white walls

Free parking, room condition very worth for the price, easy to find foods as plenty of restaurant nearby, have pharmacy & 7-Eleven at the building, ATM machine also near, have swimming pool. I also like the elevator as I felt very safe & comfortable. Room is very clean. Aircond working in good condition. Vert comfy bed. Really value for the money spend. It is really much you can get for only RM70-RM80 per night. Actually it really exceed my expectation for price I paid

I think the only slight hiccup is the tv no working & the wall plug is far from bed for charging phone. However, it not too bad. I have many positive review during my stay.

Instructions was so clear. We just follow it. And we did it.

I saw in picture the room got pantry and stuff like microwave,sink, place can cook. But when we arrived. Thats not like the picture. Maybe i misunderstood maybe that is different price.

I like the staff was so friendly and answered my question quickly.. The room qas so clean and comfortable we stayed there 5 days..my kida loved it there.. Im sure goingvto stay there next Days time..

swimming pool & more shops downstairs also have a shop nearby swimming pool

lamp in the room too dim,, but after we out for dinner and came back to the hotel the lamp back to normal. the wooden door problem with the lock. need to attempt so many times.

1. Only one Lift available if you take Visitors Parking. 2. The Mattress is not comfortable if you are 75kg and above
