Our arrival was nicely greeted. We got free welcome drink, while the kids enjoyed the swimming pool, me & husband worked out at the gym. so it was great, we could do activities at the hotel together. Anyway, the surrounding location was also good, very convenient.

We could only stay for 1 night. that's what we didn't like, hahaha >o< We will definitely come again and explore the rest of Shah Alam. Next time ya,.. ^_^

location-near to convenience store and restaurant(walking distance).In the evening there are stalls selling food in front of the hotel. facilities-gym and swimming pool,free wifi. Comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms including bathrooms breakfast-The biryani was delicious

parking-before u go out u need to get waiver from the reception or they charge u RM10 ringgit.

The room is spacious and the extra bed is very comfortable too.

As the face of the hotel, the receptionist did not entertain the customers really well. They even played with their phones while speaking to the customers. Not even a smile.

easy to check in and the staff really helpfull when we're not bringing any cash.

my room was nearby the electric houses. so its a lil bit noise and make me hard to sleep. and i didnt know the parking need to pay by toush n go card, so i didnt prepare my card balance and need to park my car a lil bit far. but turn out, i just need to push up the intercom button and say my room number. but since i was so super tired from work, i didnt left my room since check in, even want to move my car to the parking also got no energy anymore 😂 i endup left my car at shell parking section.

Spacious n clean room..booked for deluxe room but upgraded to bussiness room with bathtub..delicous breakfast.love your nasi lemak daun pisang n variety of pastry/dessert corner during buffet breakfast..friendly staff will call for reminder 1/2 hr before checkout.because if check out after 12pm will be charged RM20..

Coffee house for breakfast too far from the hotel..thanx for the wheel chair provided for my slip disc friend..and not the place to enjoy view, the rooms facing shoplot and road

I love the fact that the room is spacious and comfy. I love the Kakak Cleaner who was so helpful and even showed me the way up to the front door.

Spacious.. The location near the shop lots, senang cari makan. The hotel's cafe price is reasonable - not what I expected from the hotel level, they're kinda like Secret Recipe level

The beds were directly under the air conditioning. Freezing cold.

the size of the room beyond my expectations...i love it. the sejadah prepared by hotel is very comfy.. the TV works very well.. the room were filled with thick and comfy Carpet. Easy to dress up as there is a big mirror prepared by hotel.

the bath tub sink hole need to be repair as I can't use the bathtub to hold water for hot bath. If there's a Quran inside one of the drawer, it would be much nicer. everything fine except for the buthtub.

The unit we had is nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and good. Worth the price.

Our air conditioning unit cannot “swing” hence we had to manual push it to get our ideal spot. Our bathroom was also slippery after the floor got wet, as if the soap residue from cleaning wasn’t cleaned properly.

Friendly staffs, free parking, nice pool and good breakfast.

Found 2 dead cockroaches on the 3rd floor at 3 PM. Went out and reach the hotel at 10 PM and the cockroaches still there. The water heater not working in my room. Call the receptionist to replace it. The guy came to replace the water heater. Informed that guy about the cockroaches. Next morning, the cockroaches gone. Thank you to the staff.
