While other hotels go for self check in, this hotel still serves the reception desk to communicate with customers. I think this is the winning point and I enjoy the assistance from receptionist. Especially when I forgot to bring my shoes, the receptionist during night duty helped me to find nearest store. This is also my second time stay in this hotel and will choose this hotel over other place when staying around Shah Alam.

Previously I stayed in room with windows but this time without window with a little bit higher price if I'm not mistaken compared to previous stay. It is understandable that all services is increasing their charges now but I hope we will still get affordable prices in the future.

All indoor facilities are good. Kat luar bawah hotel ada stall keow tiau, sedap tau. Kedai dekat n petrol station kat belakang. Ada psr malam hari sabtu petang tu.. good i loved it.

1. Just tat i need to iron my baju n tudung for d wedding, i had to go out of d room. Then there is no appropriate iron board with front-round shape to ease d ironing. Boleh beli good new ironing board ya ☺️ Hhehe i know..i might just stay home n did my ironing but i was not home. Xdela trok sgt.. boleh je make do. Iron ada kat luar bilik each level.. pjg la pulak i ber ranting hahaha 2. Patut ada sliper toilet, d floor was slippery. Nak jatuh aritu..sibbaik dpt control body x jatuh..nearly..

the room & bathroom is very clean, staff is friendly and communicate well, eventho we ask a lot of question before came in, staff replied each of our question nicely ☺️ toiletteries are prepared ( toothbrush, shower cap etc ). this is our go to hotel whenever we visit shah alam. very recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

i dont mind about the price but only that at the invoice , the fixed price they didnt include tax & commission, after you comfirmed then only they mentioned the price ( at the pdf were mentioned , but it was quite small to look at ). also maybe need to adjust about the ads, at first when we look at the family room we thought is was 2 bed inside 1 room, but then after we comfirmed only then we realised it was family room with separated door inside. but nevermind overall it was okay 😊 maybe it was our fault as we didnt checked well about the room detail etc before booking

Location wise very good, quite near to UiTM Shah Alam, hotel is on the same block with Speedmart, theres nearby eateries and food stalls. They have 5 dedicated parking slot. Have elevator. Have a small prayer room, but i didnt use it. Iron provided on 2nd and 3rd floor but be careful always use low heat first. A/C working well. Smooth check in and check out.

Comforter sheet smells funny and got few stains on the cover. No slippers in the bathroom. Booked for two nights, in the morning when I was still in bed, cleaning staffs opened the room eventhough we didnt put 'pls clean room' tag outside >:( I didnt latch the door as my sister was going in and out to iron, also its not checkout time yet and shouldnt you have a list of guests whos staying for more than one night??

The location very convenient, located aroud many facilities such as restaurant, grocery shop, goreng2 stall, pasar malam. I request non smoking and connecting room for family. it is comfortable and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. recommended and will be repeat for next trip.

There's a restaurant right next to the building, and it's conveniently close to a laundry bar and a speedmart. In front of the hotel, there's a canopy where they sell street food like goreng pisang, keropok lekor, and coconut water. The area isn't too crowded with vehicles, making it a comfortable place to relax. Checking in was very easy and smooth. They required a damage fee of RM 50 during check-in, which you'll get back when you check-out. The room was well-equipped with water heaters, a hairdryer, an Android TV, and toiletries. They even provided packets of coffee, sugar, and creamer. Instead of using a traditional key, they use a card to access the room, which felt really modern. During check-out, the staff will ask for feedback on how they can improve their service, which is a rare and thoughtful touch.

In the hotel, there was no internet even though they had a Wi-Fi network. The furniture seemed a bit old. Additionally, the room I was given had broken chain and door locks. Luckily, the sliding lock still worked.

Provide iron and mini surau. Free wifi too. Easy check in process. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is near to UiTM Shah Alam, within 15 mins only. Good place to stay for convocation event. Many parkings available, near grocery store and restaurants.

The price in booking.com not include service tax and etc. The bathroom have a little weird smell. But not too bad. Can hear the noise from outside. The room is not soundproof. Overall, okay 👍🏻

I really liked staying at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the room was a good size for the price. It felt like good value and made my stay comfortable.

I had no major complaints, everything met my expectations. The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow, but it was still usable and acceptable.

Saturday there are night market at the front of hotel, there are a lot restaurant and even convenience stall nearby, so it is really convenience. The receptionist also nice and friendly.

The room aircond is a bit noisy, it is hard to sleep with the noisiness. The towel and the bed sheet might need to have a bit more cleaning.

My last visit, at first I got a single room, but I asked to change to another room because there were cockroaches, luckily there was a room available, and the staff helped me well. I hope the hotel can monitor cleanliness more carefully
