I love how the hotel incorporates Islamic practices into their service, like playing dzikir over the speakers. The staff also seem very helpful with our belongings.

The basement parking is extremely tight, our car is a Vellfire, and it took us over 20 minutes to navigate through every corner. Plus, the staff didn’t explain why the price charged was different from what was shown on the app and at the counter. A bit of clarification would have been helpful.

was able to have an early check-in since we arrive at about 2pm and we enjoyed the room facilities. our room had a bathtub and king bed. Everything else was perfect, with a surau at level 4 of the hotel. didn't try the spa but will definitely stay here again to possibly try it the next time I intend to be in Shah Alam. The hotel is also about 50m from the museum, friendship garden between Japan and Malaysia as well as the Blue Mosque. Good spread for breakfast and friendly staff.

It would be nice if we had a separate shower area so I won't have to worry about my mum using the shower in the bathtub due to the need to climb in to access the shower.

I stayed in room 1508. I wonder if The room above me was occupied because i keep hearing people running upstairs and i can hear them walk too even if it was midnight. I couldnt sleep during my last day there

The staffs are great! Very friendly and gave good hospitality. Muslim friendly hotel and good place to stay if you have an event to attend at Stadium Melawati/Shah Alam (only 10minutes drive)

All parking full. Our room smells like “carpet” and when i tried to fill up the bathtub, the water didnt come out nicely and made the floor a bit wet, had to use turn the tap water a bit slower.

I had stayed here many times but this was the first time I took a suite. I needed the large space to accomodate and reorganise the many pieces of luggage my family and I were bringing to Sabah for my daughter's work transfer over there. It serves these purposes well. And the large space also gave us the right raya celebration mood while on the move. We can't choose the dates of transfer but we sure can make the best raya feeling as we can when not at home. The view of the grand mosque gave us such a feeling.

Had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room and facilities were clean, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to enjoy the stay. Location is central , perfect for exploring nearby attractions . Didn’t get a chance to try their restaurants this time, but definitely looking forward to it on my next visit!

The bidet’s water pressure was too weak

The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out.(credit to Miss Rain). The free access to the jacuzzi and sauna was a wonderful bonus, and the staff made sure everything was perfect..The staff at Borak Borak Cafe & Lounge were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their service was fast, attentive, and made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

Love d location. The car Valet staff very good & informative. Front Desk need to be persuaded for my 2 rooms to be on same floor altho already requested connecting rooms earlier. After much persuasion 20mins/ unnecessary; only then 2 rooms on same floor allocated. Thanks. Breakfast buffet was great. Breakfast room service shld have more healthy choices. Eg. Chicken Porridge or Muesli. Comfy beds & Clean.

Some refurbishmnt in my room needed. Repaint d wood panels/ door.

I reached the hotel earlier than expected and it was so kind of the reception guy who attended to let me check in before 3pm. My triple Deluxe room with 1 large bed and 1 single bed - the room has mosque view 😍 and was really really spacious. There's extra space which can fit 3 - 6 persons to perform jemaah prayers. Bed was comfy and the toilet was clean.

The single bed was not properly made unfortunately 😕
