What i like the most is the view from the balcony. I wanna thank the host for giving me the parking lot inside the building as it was easier for me to take my belongings from and to the car. The accessibility is good. Host gave me a clear instructions on things I should do(I just need to read carefully to understand what he wanna say. I tend to lost some information while reading as English is not my first language 😂) The check out process went smoothly

About the check in. First of all the lift is not accessible without the access card. So its hard for me to meet up with the host for check in as I have to enter the building thru the lift. I suggest that the host can meet up with the customer(for check in) at some other place that doesn't require the customer to use the lift. Then, I would like to advice the future customer to contact the host at least a day before your check in as it was hard for me to reach the host on the day I wanna check in. I even thought I was scammed 🙃

The room is spacious..the pool also quite large

No specific instruction on where to park car. The towel provided only 4 but the room can accommodate 6 adult people. Need to improve on that..

The room and the eating place...superb restaurant around

Host extend my check out time to 12pm. Free parking & easy to find food or anything bco restaurant & convenient shop only at basement, but not 24 hours open

Check out time at 11am....too early, lucky host give me extra 1 hours after request. Key handover when check in quite different if nobody from property owner not use lift the time you want to go upstairs. Host should go down to meet customers not ask we go upstairs without excess card. Lift for visitor only 1...need to wait at least 15-20 minute when to use it..wasting time.

Got only 1 lift can take us to the lower ground floor. Waste so much time while waits for the lift to pick up other from the top floor 😅

The light in the room too bright. The lights coming from the hallway make the room too bright for sleep. Maybe consider changing the blind for the window. Also the parking spot needs to pay separately. For even one car. Quite pricey. Overall great.

Check in and check out information was clear and the staff was helpful. The room was comfortable. They prepared towels and had extra pillows too. The Shah Alam view from the room we got was absolutely amazing. We were very comfortable

You have to request invoice upon check in and get it upon few hours after check out.

The host didnt pick up calls. I didn't realise that the communication through Whatsapp only. We reach there and don't know where to go to check in.i think using phone call is easier and fastest to get the response.however, i still prefer to stay here next vacay as i already know the way they did it.

The location of the apartment. It is close to the shops and restaurants. The facilities are great.

The bathroom. Bidet was leaking and it is better if there is a hook or something that I can use to hang my towel.
