I didn’t expect much, but this hotel really okay. The staff, especially the short-haired girl, was so helpful she even ordered a Grab to KLIA for me. The room was super clean and spacious, check-in was the fastest I’ve ever had, and they even gave me a free late check-out. Never had this kind of service at other hotels before. Definitely coming back!

the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. quick at their jobs. the bed is comfy, place is big. water heater works well. close to convenience stores and tempat makan. sangat lurve

stayed in a standard family room w 2 queen bed but no fridge. no spoon or utensils being provided and the sink is clogged.

Their STUDIO ROOM was awesome, spacious and comfortable. Complete with dining table, coffe table, couch and tv, microwave, fridge, there were a stove but we didnt use it all. However the couch and master bed were a bit itchy, i think there were bed bugs on it. Needed to be microvacuum for bed bugs. There was also swimming pool if u stay at the studio hotel as they rent out the alami residensi, so can use the pool, it was big and has kid pool. Suitable enough if u bring kids and teens.

After 5days of staying in studio room, we didnt get the chance to extend 1 more day as it was booked by other guest. We had to move to deluxe room. It was quite horrible as it smelt so bad, it reaks in the last guest's bad perfume and body odour. I checked out on the same day, couldnt stand the smell, and very small for deluxe rm140. Not worth the money at all, however their studio room was awesome enough.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Good for money, great staffs, no need to worry about parking.

Just the toilet.. Need to be cleaned a little thorough. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Nice apartment. Quiet and clean. Road leading was quite quiet and dark at night. Bearable though. Good for family since apartment was very spacious.

Appreciate if can provide foot rugs in front of toilet doors. Can be quite wet after bathing. Thanks!

The room we booked have 2 bathrooms because it's actually 2 rooms convert into one.

Have to pay parking everytime we go in and out. Even though we pay less than usual but it should be free for hotel customers.

Sweetest spot to stay if you're going to MSU SHAH ALAM MAIN CAMPUS. Parking area also secured using gate and being monitored for 24hour

I dont like the toilet inside hotel.. the glass wall are translucent see tru. Not suitable for family to stay here

Room was comfortable and nice , there was 2 bathrooms which was advantage as 3 of us stayed here. Staffs are polite and helpful.
