We recently stayed at this hotel and were truly impressed—not just by the facilities, but by the exceptional service from the staff. After we checked out, my wife realized she had forgotten something very precious in the room. We immediately contacted the hotel, and to our relief, the staff took action right away. One of the team members personally went to the room to check for the item. Thank God, it was still there—and not only did they find it quickly, but they also kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Their honesty, prompt response, and professionalism made all the difference. We are truly grateful and will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about their guests.

Firstly, breakfast is not included in the room price, which came as a surprise. Secondly, the kids’ playroom—is only open on weekends or public holidays

We liked that the hotel accommodated to our requests: our rooms to be nearby/same floor. The hotel has indoor kids playroom located at level 5. Spacious swimming pool, inflatable pool and mini playground for kids. Thanks for keeping the kids happy.

Appreciate it if the hotel can provide 2 complimentary drinking bottles (Ikea glass bottle) instead of one since no water dispenser within the building and the nearest convenient store is located outside of the hotel premise.

The unit was really big and spacious..it comes with a pantry, dining place and a huge hall..the room was nice and big..enough space for us to perform our sholah jemaah..love the smell of your liquid soap bath and the cleanliness of the whole place..although the bed was a bit firm..but we still enjoys the whole 3 nights there..

The air-conditioning..we barely feel the cold air even though we have set it to the lowest degrees..the air-conditioning at the hall was making such a loud fan squeaky sound..please do check and probably give a good service to both of the airconds.. property also should prepare enough crockery and cups as well as spoons and forks for the guest to stay..

The hotel staff were excellent, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was big and had plenty of space for everything. The internet was super fast, which was really convenient. It was a great place for kids, and they had lots of fun. We loved the beautiful view from our room, and everything was very clean. The hotel’s location was also really convenient for exploring the area. Fantastic facilities. It was a perfect little escape without having to travel far.

I have to give credit to all their staff. Their kindness and politeness is something that the hotel should keep up. The front desk team is very welcoming and attentive. Even their security personnel, maintenance and their housekeeping team are quite accomodating. It seems everyone in the hotel plays a part in ensuring that the guests are enjoying their stay. We had a really wonderful experience staying there. Will come back for sure!!!!!

Nothing bad worth to be pointed out.

I like my suite. It was very spacious and as a solo traveler, I had quite a lot of space. There was a well equipped kitchen, a good living room, bed room, and a bathroom. I wanted to do my work during my stay and I think the suite delivered that. The rooms were very quiet and felt very comfortable. It actually felt like home.

The Wifi was very slow. That's a draw back, and I think the restaurant could offer more choices to eat. But, these are not big issues. Just minor things the hotel could further improve.

The services in the hotel are outstanding and for sure will recommend this hotel to those who are travelling to Malaysia. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and as my future travel to Malaysia I will come again and stay in this hotel.

With the exception of transportation, especially the bus to LRT which is slow, the rest is very good.

Enquiries made through booking.com were answered promptly. Staff at the hotel were friendly & helpful & when we asked for extra pillows, delivery of the pillows to the room was fast. Impressed with the hotel gym - it was clean, spacious & well equipped.

Bed is hard Pillows are soft (suggest to request extra pillows and that helps alot!)

Location or property is ideal and excellent. Very near to all major highways and main roads leading to KL and other cities and airport. A lot of options available for F&B restaurants and cafes available in surrounding areas.

Drinking Water need to provide at least two bottles for each room, it will be good if the hotel can subscribe Premier League Football Live matches in rooms.

1. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with cutleries, microwave, fridge, but no stove ! 2. Nice swimming pool and play ground for children, kids club too. 3. Courteous and friendly staff. 4. Easy to get food around the hotel.

1. Only 1 bathroom with a shabby n stained shower curtain. Should replace the curtain with glass partition or brick wall. Bathroom is the only downside of this hotel. It does not fit with name "suite hotel".
