Very clean, all well prepared.

The food - breakfast choice. There are variety of choices, however the taste is not nice. Nasi lemak sambal tasteless, rice was hard, yogurt taste “fridge” , vegetable fritters which got some hard stuff inside when bite. Coffee on the other hand is okay.

The hotel is clean and the facilities are new and well-maintained. The front desk service is good and the staff are friendly. The parking is free for the hotel guests. Hotel room is well maintained and the bed is comfortable. We slept well and have a good rest. There are some shops in front of the hotel which also make it convenient to the hotel guests.

We found the bathroom needs some improvement in preventing water from splashing out when taking the shower. Also, there is no hanging area available in the bathroom for us to hang our clothes. Nevertheless, in overall the bathroom is still great as water pressure is sufficient and heater is functioning well.

Clean and very comfy bed. Average size yet very practical and functional layout of the room which can accomodate basic facilities. The toilet and shower room is separate so its good if 1 person need to use toilet and the other wants to shower. The wash basin is just outside the toilet and shower room. This is very convenient becos you dont have to wait if the toilet/shower room is occupied should it be placed together in the toilet/shower room.

The toilet no air vent for better ventilation. No towel hooks inside shower room so you have to hang your towel by the shower glass door if you are having a shower.

The room was comfortable, with a modern and pleasing design. AC was cold. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet had an acceptable range of food and was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's no traditional desk in the room but the coffee table/table was surprising comfortable to work on. Shower was hot with fantastic water pressure.

The check-in process was a little slow. There was a group checking in and there was only 2 counters open. Wasn't a fan of the pillows.

I like the cleanliness, the staffs gave good services, and the environment was calm and nice.

The room was comfortable but the toilet and shower room was small. After shower, the water spill outside from the shower room. The floor wet. Plus there is no place for hanging the towel or clothes inside the shower room. Only got a small hook to hang. The food for breakfast is also not so good. The nasi lemak sambal tasted bad. Not much variety of food. Others were fine.

Clean and spacious room with a sofa in the room. Quirky design of the basin in the room. Smart design of the lightings in the room where there are night lights under the 2 side tables and also an ambience light in the toilet but not the shower room, keeping the room minimally lighted and safe to walk to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Thin walls and door. Worn night curtains in the room we stayed which you can see some holes from the photo.

The service at Mercure Hotel Glenmarie was exceptional. The quiet atmosphere and the incredibly comfortable mattress made me reluctant to leave the bed—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed, adding to the overall relaxing experience. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a restful stay in a well-appointed environment.

We checked in quite late, but the staff looked tired and only asked the necessary questions and gave us the key card. As this is 4 star, naturally we thought room service would be available. However upon arrival we were informed it was closed at 10 pm. We had to find a eaterie outside the hotel with our elderly parents at a late hour, this was not pleasant for us.

- the road leading back to the hotel from central KL was blocked at night, grab has to make a huge loop/detour to get back to the hotel. - breakfast was lacking variety and meat. maybe because it was a weekday, also fasting period. - love that the sink, shower and toilet are separate

- some staff English wasnt too good, he had some trouble understanding my questions - the pool was okay, abit small

First of all, parking with ample space and good. Room is spacious and the pillow and also the bed is comfortable. The toilet is so clean and convenience. There is a shopping mall right in front of the hotel.

Location wise is a bit far and I have to face a traffic jam because of the construction at the main road and also very very heavy traffic that I have to face on daily basis. The deposit is so expensive if you plan to stay for long duration as the staff request deposit to be paid base on how many day you stay. I stay for 5 days and the staff requested that I need to pay RM100/day for the deposit, this is so unacceptable because the amount of deposit is depending on how many days you stay. It suppose one time amount even I stay for long period of time. Staff should well inform regarding the check in and please advise the customer on the check in and also the deposit need to be paid before check in.
