My experience was wonderful! Upon entering, a staff member immediately approached us and kindly showed us where the lift was. The aesthetics deserve a perfect 5 out of 5! I walked barefoot in the corridor, and the floor was impressively clean. I especially loved the pantry area and the convenient facilities like the washing machine and dryer. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations, with the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities standing out the most.

This is more of a personal issue. I attended a seminar near the Pacific Place area, which is about a 10–15 minute walk. While that may not seem far, it’s a bit challenging for me due to a disability with my spine and legs. I’ll be flying in almost every week—2–3 times a month—for the seminar. If it weren’t for the distance, I would definitely stay here again. That said, I’ve already recommended this hotel to all my colleagues and even left a 5-star review on Google.

Amenities, has everything. Has water dispenser and washing machine. Bed, and towel is clean and neat.

Parking not too bad, many parking space, just keep in mind there is extra charge of 16/night to the landlord. This is understandable.

Staff helped me when I checked in and made me feel at ease.

I stayed for three nights.I would have liked a change of towels and replenishment of toilet paper.

Good day, I like the location of the Z hotel as it is close to ARA Tre Damanasara where our daughter lives. The hotel is clean, very much client oriented. Rooms are clean.

Very clean and well designed. There's a common pantry in the corridor with hot/cold water dispenser. It also had a self service counter to check in and out without front desk staff.

The technical instructions (written on a card in the room) to using the Smart TV was not clear. TV was not connected to the WiFi network and there was no WiFi password available. As the front desk is not manned 24/7, there was no one to contact.

They don't have an available breakfast.

Much better if they have an available staff on the front desk during daytime.

It can be a little noisy when new guests check in especially if you’re sleeping. People are generally not very considerate about their voice levels. Maybe some signage would help?

Very friendly staff who really take their time. Very clean, comfortable and nice rooms.

Check-in device was having issues so it took a little longer. Dryer apparently didn't work while I was there but it is probably fixed now.

Had problems with the key from the checkin kiosk that didn't work for the door and it was a late check in but someone came to help when I called for help.

Parking is using TnG. Park at night, price is RM12.10. Should have discount or something.
