The staff were very friendly and fairly quick to respond to any request. There was a nice selection at breakfast with a number of dishes made to order and some variation across our stay. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room, so we could give our son a bath. The bathroom offers a lovely shower with the toilet being in a separate section. The easy access to the mall is a major plus, as the number of food options meant that we didn't need to order takeaway and there was a convenience store just outside the hotel.

The chaise longue wasn't the most comfortable, so an armchair or small sofa would have been better. The pillows were not the best. We asked for harder pillows, but they were like blocks. The buffet was only open for certain evenings. Although not a fault of the hotel, we had some issues with grab and drivers cancelling, which hasn't happened in other hotels. The view from inside the infinity pool is blurred as the screen/glass is not clean/blurry. Although none of these were major issues, when a 4 night stay totals 3000 including tax, it makes the hotel a bit less value for money.

I like their friendly n understanding staff. Especially their cleaner staff always be there when i need to change wet towel n bath mat. even i just want to change 1. they give me two. So pleasure. They equip the room hotel completely. And first time i got hotel gives us the best iron (phillips) n panasonic hair dryer. The best shower. The pools not many goes even its looks clean. so i enjoy with my children because only us play pools. and they leaves us with many towel too. its easy for us to dry up before we back to room. Their foods are lots. my children enjoys so much eating anything. The mall easy to access. Wow!!! so much pkeasure. really 5 star hotel. Thank you to all staff.

The sliding door for toilet cannot be key.😅 so we have to warned so much the children dont cones in bathroom when we inside the toilets. the lamp switch for bathroom we have to click many time. sometimes its work, sometimes its not. The parking need to pay if we have to go out n come back. so we dont go out far by car. we just walking the nearby only.

Lovely breakfast, for sure. Cosy and tidy room. Nice of city view. Reasonable room price. Free parking with a lot of parking slots since it is shared and linked with Paradigm Mall. The environment is a bit of privacy, and i love that.

The stay was okay. I'm just a little bit frust with the pool area since the kids' pool in maintenance work. And we have not been told that upon registration. Luckily, i managed to convince my kids to swim along in the adult area.

Gym space was wonderful, well equipped. Good clean quite spacious hotel. The breakfast spread was good too, but it was a bit crowded and narrow to move around the food hall. The staff was friendly though, that makes up a lot on whatever short comings they have. Nice stay.

The mall attached was a bit run down. Was there on business so the basics are ok. Wasn't expecting a lot of entertainment here. Still the elevator was a bit creepy with missing buttons and flashing florescent lights. You kinda have to drive there so parking at the mall seems unavoidable.

all the way coming from Singapore. i was experience luxury hotels in Singapore and other countries. for Malaysia i have traveled many places and experience with hotel. compare to among all the hotels in Malaysia this hotel really too good and soo much comfortable. highly recommended.

all good. but when 1st time i enter there is a power trip inside the room. but its a common things. understandable, but for luxury 5 star hotels might be consider to check before the customer check-in in to their rooms. otherwise great experience.

Room is good and everything needed was in the room for a business trip

The Breakfast .. I cannot take beef .. and there was more dishes on beef and I don’t have much choice to eat specially for western. Worst part is on my day 2 breakfast the Rendang was not labeled.. Day 1 was chicken but day 2 is beef . I thought it was lamb .. Luckily my colleague told me before i eat .. i ask the staff to confirm were it beef or lamb .. even they took around 5 minutes to confirm on that .. Later he came and confirmed it was beef .. The point is even those working there took time to confirm it .. how about customers? Please label it .. Not everyone is islam and can eat beef. If Incase i accidentally took it .. I could sue the hotel now .. Other than that everything was good .

Clean and well decorated as expected of 5 star hotel. Service was prompt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool had a great view. The rooftop restuarant had reasonable prices for food and drinks for a hotel bar. Hotel is located above paradigm mall (lotus supermarket in the basement) so it is pretty convenient to find food options and do some light shopping.

location is a bit remote. We were there for a wedding so it worked for our purposes. Prices are only slightly cheaper than the KL sentral le meridien so it's regular price for a 5 star hotel but doesn't feel like good value for money.

Hotel next to paradigm mall which is blessing. Room is ok, at least it's clean. For 4 nights stay best to include club lounge access so can work in lounge instead of the room. Body wash has no smell but shampoo is great with peppermint. Room with day bed good to sit and watch tv. Club lounge afternoon tea comes with a bread and cake...more choice be better. Club lounge staffs are helpful and nice but lack of knowledge such as if call out from room is chargeable or not...but staff helps to call the biz outlet so am thankful .. Overall is a great stay...guys if u staying in KL spend few days in Petaling jaya esp do go shop paradigm mall, the pricings there including Watsons and guardian and shopping are much cheaper then in KL Sentral such as pavilion, mid valley or sutra mall... Body wash... lock body wash, how to wash leg?..club lounge food variety and no Champaign for evening cocktail gosh...staffs knowledge of stuffs.limited tv channels..

Good service. Comfortable facilities. Food doesn't disappoint. Quality bath amenities. The area is spacious. The room is well designed, pleasing to the eyes and comfortable.

Floors can be quite dusty. The pillows were too soft, and sank so much that it felt as if it's not there. Lack of control over which lights i want to keep on or off, making the room too dim or too bright at times.

Clean room, good enough TV and channels, good number of bottled water. Good flooring as not all carpeted. Pretty good spread of food for breakfast but some hot food were just warm or lukewarm (e.g. porridge) which I found a bit odd.

Strange place for bar fridge, but I do understand it's at face level for easy access. There's no lock for bathroom.
