I liked the staff who was very kind and helpful. They helped me to get the taxi to the airport at 5 a. m. Thank you Olyana for your support and guy, I forgot his name, he was really helpful. Thank you to all of them and I wish come back again to that hotel👍👍

1. The bathroom and towels were clean. 2. Bed was comfortable and had clean and fresh smelling sheets 3. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating when I had to extend the stay and move to a smaller room.

1. Bathroom heater was switching off now and then. We had to click on the RESET switch. Maintenance need to check it out. Otherwise No complaints

The aircond, it's hot out there, so cold place is preferable to us. Well, it's work slow but still cold enough. Clean room.

TV channels only has 6 with one unable to watch. The room is small for two people, next time if I wants to stay at GoodHope again, I need to buy bigger room for two.

Parking is limited. There's only 1 slot available for guest+staff. It's like if the staff park there, the guest have to find other place because they have to share the same slot.
