the location and no parking was designated for the customer’s staying in the hotel.

Room and bathroom is clean. Warm shower. Aircond is powerful. The floor is nice. comfortable bed. Pillow is a bit thin but bearable considering the price of the room. A lot of eateries around. Parking is ok on sunday. There's a Lift.

Male musky smell in room but couldn't get rid of smell coz the window can only open about 3 inches. Bring fragrant spray. the smell reduced a little after opening the door a few minutes. I was woken up at midnight by people talking loudly and door banging. Thank god they stopped after a few minutes.

Clean, good internet, ATM is a 2 mins away walk, good food options around, mall around the corner. Hot water, comfortable bed, AC. They have an iron you can use anytime. Everything went perfectly. Nothing bad to say.

Parking was difficult as I brought my car for travelling. I had to park in some other place.

The location is quite strategic and can be easily located. There's a lot of convenience stores and eateries around the hotel. So, you can travel by foot instead of taking a transportation. Hassle free check in, nice interior for a budget hotel.

The wall is not sound proof. If the occupants make any noise, it can easily be heard. That disturbs the comfort of staying at this hotel. They should really improve on that. The parking spot is also kinda difficult to get.

Easy to find location. I was given room no 301. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work properly. After a complaint was made, we were given another room. Feel happy because the air conditioner works well. Thank you for the hotel's prompt action.

Hope that the air conditioning system is ready for use before the customer checks in
