We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After we entered our room, a staff member even called to check if everything was okay, a really thoughtful gesture! As an avid traveller who has stayed in many hotels, I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member we met was helpful, polite, and always had a smile on their face.

A couple of small things to note: the road leading to the hotel is a bit dark at night, and the room wasn’t fully soundproof, we could hear activity from the corridor. However, these didn’t really affect our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort! The hotel has recently been refurbished, and it shows—everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful with beautiful views of greenery and the golf course, making it a perfect escape from the city buzz. Our room was clean and spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and plush pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. A special thanks to the front office staff—Irfan, who kindly upgraded us to a club room with a bathtub, which our kids absolutely loved, and Faiz, who was friendly and helpful with local food recommendations. The breakfast spread had a good variety and catered to different tastes, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay, and we’ll definitely be back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. I was especially impressed by the stunning view of the golf course — it truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The interior design of both the room and the lobby was beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean, creating a very inviting and comfortable environment. Will definitely return!

Breakfast was good as it is value for what you paid for. I love the room because it was huge. I was expecting that its an old resort but glad they revamp into a fresh one. The slides and the pool were good too as they are fun and decent to play under the sun. The staff were friendly, shout out to receptionist Yasotha, bell boy and staff who works in the evening of 10/8/2024

I think the price wise should be revise and improve hospitality by pay extra attention of the customer, complimentary birthdays or honeymoon should be done. Throw some balloons and a cake, small gestures but promising return customers.

Friendly staff and disciplined buggy driver. Buffet spread is brilliant and lots of choices. Good coffee. No parking problem. Comfy bed. Good shower. On going upgrading works is kept to minimum disruption to hotel guests. I have to return a number of salutes from the Nepalese security guards. 👮‍♀️👮‍♀️👮‍♀️👮‍♀️👮‍♀️

Second times staying at this hotel. Booked after saw the picture of the room is different from previous stay last 2 year (if not mistaken). Newly renovated room and lobby. Bed is super comfort, air conditioner works well, water super fast, hot & cold water works well. Buffet breakfast has lot of choices to pick. Swimming pool needs further improvement to ensure it is kids friendly like any other hotel doing, here there is only additional one water sliding. Otherwise it is really perfect.

Request for baby cribs via booking.com apps but not obtained upon arrival and need to request again via phone call.

It is a fantastic hotel. Nobody would imagine there would be a resort type luxury 5 star hotel within a 10-minute drive to the most expensive and the cheapest shopping malls in the location. My daughter, who studies at Monash University, feels it's the best hotel ever to simply unwind and relax after several weeks of hard studies and presenting assignments! The views, the room comfort, and the food were all great. The staff was amazing. My favorite and go to hotel whenever I am in KL.

Absolutely wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were warm, welcoming and always ready to help. The room was exceptionally clean, with modern amenities and a view that made waking up every morning a delight. I felt truly cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—it’s a gem! Everything about the stay was just perfect from the service to the ambiance. This hotel has definitely become my top choice and I’ll be back without a doubt.

The room was very spacious, and the pillows were very very comfortable. There was also Netflix available! We requested a room with nice views and were pleasantly surprised that they accommodated our request and arranged for us to a room with a view of the full golf course. Check-in and check-out were swift and easy. Will definitely stay here again!

There weren't any bathrobes provided even though booking.com mentioned that they do. The toilet looked smaller than shown in the photos, but that wasn't a big issue for us.

The breakfast was amazing. They give us many options for western and malay cuisine. I didnt try the indian cuisine except putu mayam! That was nice too. The coffee was superb. The teh tarik was excellent! They have juices like pink guava and orange. They have indoor and outdoor eating area. Very cozy. We choose outdoor for sunrise opportunity. As for the room, it's spacious enough for us. The King bed is huge so can fit 2 adults and our 2y old child. Our room is facing the ⛳️. So nice. They have child friendly depth swimming pool. So it's safe for children to swim. Not just that they have playground too! Staffs are friendly and helpful too. What caught my eyes the most i like the architecture and design of this hotel in general. From lobby, to restaurant and our room. The lighting is dim and warm so it's nice to be in the room without hurting my eyes or feel hot from the light. For this type of hotel, the experience, room and food really worth the money!
