Clean and nice room

I have to say, the room is nice and comfort with all facilities needed in the hotel room. The iron, toilet space and Television channel enough for my travel. Comfort of the pillow and Bed meet my expection.

The location is a bit not expected area, and sorrouding full of foreigner. This area not recommend to walk alone at night

As I requested they have given me a clean room and a baby cot

The food I ordered fried rice was very dry . Unable to consume and I have feedback to the relevant kitchen they wanted to redo for me but unfortunately I couldn’t take it due to I came for holiday and my stay in hotel wasn’t long enough. Second the internet was down upon my second night after complaint still same and end up the technician came and and rectified.

Registration upon arrival was really fast. The room was spacious and comfortably fits my family of 4. Good customer service, came up to the room when a request call was made. Late checkout was allowed upon request by 1 pm. Mind you that the parking fee is RM8 per day, even inside the hotel compound. I would not mind coming to Geno Hotel again to get a full experience using their amenities and trying their breakfast menu.

The carpet needs some cleaning as some spots are visible. A major turn-off was when the cleaner came to pick up trash in my room. He came in by not taking off his boots. Straight went to the washroom with shoes on. I had to ask him to remove his shoes before walking into the carpeted area to pick up trash under the working desk (where the 2nd bin was situated). Other than that we had a nice stay.

Comfortable bed. Clean hotel rooms. I was satisfied with the room and the bed was comfortable. The staff was kind enough to give me a late check out. Kids love their pool. The hotel has a restaurant nearby..

Parking fees rm8 per entry.

Only problem...parking need to pay...even for those who stay at hotel...moreover parking charges expensive....if free parking for those who stay more people will to stay at hotel.....Breakfast no much variety...compare ot other same star hotel....Aircond not so cold at midnights

the breakfast was ok. However, if there are more options of food will be great. Room ok and spacious and also clean. I don't have any problem with the room. Except that if the hotel can give 2 access card will be superb.

The options of the breakfast menu, the room carpet that was torn a at some area, and nothing much. Overall, everything was just fine to me.

The hotel is well kept. As you enter the hotel it makes you feel like you are stepping into a 5 star hotel. Please keep it up and maintain the quality.

The locations is a bit secluded. Making it difficult to find food outside. Probably good to extend your room service menu since its not easy to get decent food outside especially for those who don't drive.

The facilities provided were amazing.. The bedroom was nice also..

Im bit feel not okay with the late services at the reception since maybe they have some issues to cater on.. However I'm expecting better and improvement in future.. Overall it is good choice to stay here I am really recommend this hotel for others
