The location of this Holiday Inn Express was great for us between two travel days. Check-in was quick and easy, even though I encountered a glitch with my credit card, the gal was very pleasant. Our room size was great for the two of us, the room was clean, and the beds were so comfortable we had a wonderful night's sleep! We enjoyed the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. :) All four of the employees I encountered - check-in, housekeeping, breakfast room, check-out - were pleasant and attentive to their work. Oh, I also liked the bench/hook area in the room!

I wish I'd asked...Could we have cinnamon rolls delivered to our room for breakfast??

The location was easy to find with numerous quick food venues within walking distance. Checking in with Ebany and Kenisha was quick and they both were great to work with. Loved the 2 different room blinds, 1 letting light filter thru and the other in tracks to offer room darkening. The breakfast had great variety and the warm, fresh cinnamon buns were delicious! Check out went fast and easy. Over all it was one of my best finds for a hotel stay.

If there was anything I would consider as a dislike, it would be that the elevator seemed pretty slow...but there is always the stairs.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I even took a nap on the chaise, and it was just as comfortable. The hotel was very modern and clean!! The Continental Breakfast was amazing! The staff were highly accommodating and friendly.

There were giant lights from an adjacent property that flooded our room at night. I didn’t see the black out curtains, but my friend found them the next morning. There was also a great deal of noise from the interstate that runs beside the hotel.

Front desk associate LaDanna was very upbeat and energetic always smiling and engaging. She was very accommodating when asked if my brother and I could have rooms on the same floor she made sure we were side by side. She remembered my name every time she saw me. This was our first time in the area and we now know this is our hotel of choice because of LaDonna. LaDonna we thank you from The Manuel and Bridges family.

I liked that there was a bench to put our luggage on and a desk. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was good. The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable with a good choice of pillow types.

I didn't like the lighting. I am in my 70's and I prefer to have at least one "daylight" choice of lamps. Bright white, not soft white. The breakfast could have had a few more choices, ie. bacon. The coffee was a bit on the strong side. I had requested a lower floor nearest the pool and was given the top floor the furthest away from the elevators.

the breakfast is VERY GOOD. best variety. dont change a thing and the oj is GOOD. i love the microwave an fridge in the room. it saves on going out to eat, leftovers are always wonderful. I LOVE TAKING SHOWERS HERE.. the shower head, dove products and towels are the best. staff is so POLITE and patient.

we have booked this hotel 3 times., the bathroom floors just never seem clean and the carpets could need steaming. I hate having bare floors in a hotel room so the carpet is fine, but the carpets just need tending to . hallways are ALWAYS fresh and clean to my.

It seemed very new. I loved the lighting in the room. I liked the size of the pool. I liked the remote control for the window shade.

It was not easily accessed by a first-time visitor. Just a few minutes after checking in, an employee used a key card to enter my room without knocking first. Upon leaving the next morning, outside smelled like a sewer.

Location and clean

The breakfast lady was very rude. We had a group of people and we brought in our breakfast because we missed the hotel...we needed a place to eat she expressed that we couldn't sit there but later in the day other guests was sitting and eating. However the property and front desk service was AWESOME!

Mandy, at the front desk, was knew her stuff and was there to please. Very customer service oriented. You don't see that much any more. 5 stars for her.

We thought that the breakfast was awesome, and the location was wonderful as usual.
