Pearl is a good location off the main highway with plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was pretty good, but the staff ran out of foods and yogurt. Never restocked the yogurt the rest of the weekend. Front desk attendants were civil and helpful. Love the kitchenette with silverware and dishes! The living room furniture was very comfortable. The decor of the rooms is calming and colorful.

Being able to go to the Lobby and fix a hot cup of tea was really nice. The a/c was a little wonky. A dehumidifier in the rooms would be nice. You're either hot, cold or damp cold in the rooms.

It was clean. It was cool. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a vent and good lighting. The shower had good water pressure. The tv was large and easy to use. The breakfast was good. All staff was friendly and kind.

The elevator was broken, so it was a long wait every time we came back to or left the hotel.. The lamp/ charger was broken on 1 side of the bed. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close completely and made noise every time it moved bc if a loose strip on the bottom where it was broken. I had to go and ask for a roll of tissue bc we ran out by the next morning, and there was no extra roll stored in the bathroom like most hotels. The coffee set up in the room had no stirs, sugar, and only 2 creams. Seemed expensive for only 2 nights in a moderate hotel.

I loved the location, the breakfast was nice, the bed was comfortable.

While I do appreciate staff bringing clean towels to our on the 3rd day of our stay, I didn't like that noone came to clean our room the entire time that we were there. I didn't like that I went to the front desk to inquire if late check out was an option and the staff member never even looked up she simply stated 1130...We had a flight leaving at 230pm so if we could have checked out at 12 that would have been ideal. She simply stated 1130 with no explanation or anything.

I love that the property has a wonderful pool, a large breakfast area, cozy outdoor seating and is very close to several different activities so that we don’t have to drive far. It’s a wonderful location.

This visit seemed like they were stretched a little bit thin, the room needed better attention and the outside area needed better attention near the parking. I feel like the staff is doing a great job, but they could use a little bit of extra help to pay attention to detail inside the rooms.

I liked the sea view. I liked the ease of getting to the beach. I liked that we had two chairs and an umbrella available for the beach. I liked that the outlet was super close to the properties.

What I didn't like was how dirty the carpets were. The original color of the carpet was a grayish blue and it was very dirty black. Attention !! The washing machine had a water leak. When I used it, I saw water on the floor. And the dryer had a filter full of lint and sand.

Great location. Beautiful rooms.

One elevator was not operating and the only other elevator took so long to reach your floor. You had to wait for at least 5 minutes every time. We could have taken the stairs but you couldn’t find them. Every other hotel I have been to, the stairs are located by the elevators but this hotel was not built that way. We couldn’t find signs for the location of stairs either. I’m glad there wasn’t a fire.

Breakfast was really good and the amount of space in the room was great.

Our pillows smelled really bad. Was inconvenient to have to change sheets and wait on new pillows while trying to get the kids to bed but the staff was nice about it so really was ok. Breakfast was delicious but both mornings you had to wait around until clean plates and cups were available.

The kitchen and large bed was nice.

There was no terrace in any room which is described as being part of the room. Also there is limited seating for breakfast and is very crowded. I was also under the impression that the living area and kitchen were in a different room than the bed, as shown in photos..

Good breakfast.

The hotel added another charge ($17.40) to my credit card a day later that I am disputing.
