The hotel was very clean and smelled good. The check in was easy and the night clerk was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the area was clean and well stocked.

The road to the hotel was hard to find. The morning clerk was very grouchy.

Loves that the hotel was close to where we were going, nice and clean, plenty of hot water, and nice Continental breakfast

Staff wasn't super friendly at check in and didn't direct us where our room was. The bathroom was a little dated looking and the bed was so hard and very uncomfortable

The manager cocktail party and live music were a delight and an unexpected treat. Breakfast was fabulous and over the top quality and selection. Omelet guy and team were friendly and very entertaining and cheerful. Room design was well planned for the space and atmosphere. We will certainly return as we travel to the Gulf again. A highlight of our road trip back to Missouri

Can’t really think of anything we didn’t like,

The food was barely warm. Had run out of stuff everyday and did not replenish muffins, bread.

The pool was clean but the umbrella was broke, the hot tub was covered up and the chairlift's did not work. I also booked thru Booking.com and I had added a day to my stay and the hotel was not notified. So the hotel charged me and extra day over charging me about $25.

Clean. Lots of restaurants for choices and although I am not a big shopper, Bass Pro Shops was around the corner.

All exceptional. I think price a little high for a solo traveler but I suppose you get what you pay for and I got exceptional.

Clean rooms … nice continental breakfast … very accommodating friendly staff … nice pool … have stayed here before & it never disappoints… there is a great Mexican food place right near … highly recommend Los parrileros … this is just a great property… good value for money … comfortable beds

The room and bathroom were spacious and light. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. One suggestion is to have a banana for cereal. Thank you

I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the overall building.

I was only able to get to bagel toppers those things were so good.

The room smelled funny at first, but was okay after.a while. The turn in to the drive was weird and we turned in the wrong place the first time.

I preferred the old way of housecleaning. Had to request for room cleaning at this location.
