The location cause everything was close by. One more thing they need to put some air freshener in the room like some plug ins are something to make the room smell a little better. Also me and my husband had a baby roach crawling on the wall other then tht the room was okay.

I like the hotel and the location it's jus the breakfast wasn't good at all. The eggs was cold the biscuit was hard and the sausage was cold. They need to upgrade the breakfast they need to have bacon grits and omelets on the menu

Everything was exceptional except the Wi-Fi like the Wi-Fi wouldn’t let your videos play but the breakfast was amazing could have been a little warmer but other than that I loved the facility was clean the only issue is the maid was deaf she never came in and gave us fresh towels or made the beds she did knock on the door but due to her being deaf we couldn’t communicate with her but anytime I’ll call downstairs Derek the front desk clerk went above and beyond he bring me more sheets fresh towels daily anything I called Four he delivered. Derek deserve some kind of recognition like employee of the month because he went above and beyond

The Wi-Fi could have been better it did not let any of your videos play Snapchat Instagram none of that worked other than that everything else was simply amazing

My room was fine and the breakfast was pretty good.

I purposefully stayed at this hotel because it said in the website that there was an airport shuttle. When I was checking in, I was told they no longer offer that service!! I ended up having to take myself to the airport and paying a lot more to keep my car in the airport parking garage.

The breakfast and staff were very nice.

When I first arrived my booking was not accurate. The staff was eventually able to correct the problem and it was great after that.

The property was clean and comfortable.

The staff was kinda rude and on the phone when we came in to check in. There was a lot of people hanging out around the desk and in the lounge area.

I truly enjoyed my stay . I always pull my sheets back and check everything thoroughly and it was very clean . I stayed for a week and was comfortable the entire time

vending machines on the second. The snack one had two maybe three options and the drink one wasn't working

Room was ready on arrival, staff was all so very helpful, breakfast was very good - appreciate that you had it. Based on your new cleaning policies, we did request used towels be picked up and clean ones brought. That was done.

Lobby was nice needs more snack choices and beds where super comfortable.

Better shower heads no pressure at all

The staff was excellent I needed two extra nights but all hotels was booked due to Jackson State and Alcorn game and they made me aware of immediate cancellation so I could stay, omg housekeeping was everything whatever you needed when you needed it and if housekeeping wasn’t in the building the front desk workers accommodated me. I felt safe and comfortable the beds was so soft and comfortable, hot water in the shower, restaurants all around. I really enjoyed my stay.
