Katia and all the staff at Agriturismo Torre Flavia were extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the property to stay and also to enjoy the delicious food in their restaurant. We had a great experience- the location is beautiful and gardens are kept beautifully too. The swimming pool is a big plus at the property and service always excellent - everything we requested was perfect.

Our room had a rustic feel and was extremely clean- the tiles sparkled! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport in the morning, so we didn’t have to worry about that.- we even got to hang out with the owners new puppy! The location was beautiful and tranquil, the grounds boasted olive trees and peacocks! We made full use of the infinity pool and gardens- which we happened to have all to ourselves. We were only there for 1 day/night and we had to leave for our flight before breakfast so we can’t comment on that but we did have dinner the previous night and the food was fresh and tasty- authentic Mediterranean food. We both agreed that we wished we had booked this accommodation for the last 2 days of our trip (rather than just the last night) as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely visit again and recommend. Very reasonably priced.

My only comment would be that the en suite had packets of hand soap, we personally would have preferred an individually wrapped soap bar but there was ample of the packets so we didn’t run out. Just a preference.

A very warm welcome, a nice pool and pool-bar, an ideal appartment with a little private "garden" to keep your bike safe. (The bathroom isn't exactl on the same level as the rest - no issue, though.) Neat little breakfast in the moring and à la carte restaurant service in the evening (probably for lunch, too..?).

WiFi didn't work in all areas - what only bothered me because I didn't have a good reception on my phone and could have used the service.

The place was great .. The owner and manager was great .. Lorenzo was helpful .. Katia was friendly and helpful.

Only thing is, the description in Booking.com said it was 100m from train station but in actual it's not. Because of this location to train station issue, we have to fork out extra cost for taxi.

We had a pleasant stay here. Nice and helpfull staff, good food at the restaurant. Lovely beach pretty near to the hotel. A very good place especially when travelling with a car. We left our car at the train station nearest to the hotel and took the train to rome.
