Excellent swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Bus stop immediately outside of the hotel with a 10 minute transfer to the city centre and public transport is free. Generally friendly and helpful staff. Very good en-suite shower room.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - it was over €4 for a cup of tea. Breakfast was ok, but supposedly hot food wasn’t even warm. No English breakfast tea bags at breakfast. Toiletries in the bathroom were pretty basic. Beds were pretty uncomfortable as they were too soft. The double bed was actually 2 single beds put together with separate bedding too, so definitely not a ‘double’.

* In the sauna and swimming pool, there was no drinking water. At the hotel with 4* water dispenser could have been placed as well as the kettles to boil water and tea. After the sauna, people get thirsty, and tea would have been very appropriate.

It was great to be able to use the Spa facilities before checking in. Breakfast is very good. Location is just 10 mins away by public transport from the city centre

There was some works going on so a bit loud No kettle in the room and for hot water they charge 1 euro or 2 if you want a pot which feel a bit greedy and pointless! They charge 4.10 euros for a tea... Also in the gym/spa area there is not water available which is not great as you really need to keep hydrated - so it's health and safety, again not sure if that's to get people to spend more money but I didn't like that. It's small things but details always make the difference

It was a really great value for money. The hotel itself is huge. We travelled for only one night, landed very late so had no problem with a check in. There is a bus next to the airport 850 which takes 13mins to the hotel. Remember, the public transport is free in Luxembourg which makes the overall experience even better :) We had to leave 80eur deposit for a mini bar, as we don't have a credit card we left cash with no problem. The room was big and clean with all facilities. In the morning we decided to have some breakfast which is 22eur per person. I would say it's expensive but the choice of food was very wide. Then we went to check the swimming pool as the check out is at 12 o'clock so you have plenty of time in the morning. Again, facilities were clean and there were plenty of showers, toilets, sauna, steam room and a big swimming pool. You have robes and slippers in the room which was very good. After check out we took 221 bus from the same stop and went to town, it took us 8mins. Overall, have nothing to complain again, I would come back again.

Vending machines only accept cash, it would be great if it could take card as since our check in was very late we wanted some snacks.

Beautiful location, very picturesque. Easy access from the airport and to the city with the FREE public transport. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was amazing. Loved the spa area. My grandson loved the table tennis. Bowling was also available. Our evening meal was delicious. The best ever. I found 22 euros very steep for a child’s breakfast….. My 7yr old granddaughter would only eat 2 slices of toast!! And my room was ground floor and next to the outdoor smoking area of the restaurant. It smelt of very stale cigarette smoke.. I would definitely return again but avoid room 126..

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The location was perfect – close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The location of the Hotel is fabulous, there is a bus stop up front, which takes less than 15 min to the city centre. The forest is in the back for a relaxing walk. The wellness area is awesome as well, fitness, pool, sauna, Hammam.

The breakfast is quite generic, adding a tray to the scenerio makes it nearly a youth hostel experience. I won't book breakfast again. Also, the mattress is sooo soft, that it felt as if I was nearly swallowed. My nights were not comfortable.

Honestly, everything was so well catered for that there wasn’t anything I disliked. What's there not to like when every detail is taken care of with such thoughtfulness and precision?

Was clean, good water pressure in the shower.

1. There was a big parking lot. However, no charging stations for electric cars. Overall Luxembourg's infrastructure is not very accommodating for EVs. 2. We just got in the room, and one of the cleaning ladies just burst in, without knocking, or any notice. Just to ask if everything is okay with the room. 3. I don't understand the obsession of hotels to have a transparent door to the bathroom. I tried to check in the pictures prior to arrival, bit was not clear. Now I know.

It is really nice place to stay! We had an excellent time in spa and near the pool. Moreover after the checkout hotel provided us with a free access to spa for the whole day(including new towels), so at the end we had two days of access to spa and pool. The room was great too, so we are very happy with our choice and will visit this hotel again.

The coffee and the tea are overpriced for the quality. For 5 euro you got a small cup of coffee from the coffee machine and when the hotel employee was making us a cappuccino, she had a problem with the milk, the coffee had already spilled, she tried again in the same cup to make new milk, but then on the third time she definitely felt our tense reaction, she made new coffee in a new cup. The americano made earlier had already been cooling for five minutes🥲
