The rooms/suites were superb, extremely polite and helpul staff, fantastic facilities, cleanliness at the highest level, very good breakfast, very fast free wifi, great comfort, the location is excellent, great value for money. Overall, we had an exceptional stay!!!

Everything was just perfect!!

The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach tourist spots directly via the Tram 1 (T 1). After arriving from the train station, there’s a fairly large supermarket right by the stop. Also, about 4–5 stops in the opposite direction from the train station, there’s a big shopping mall with a supermarket, offering plenty of shopping options.

The shower drains very slowly, causing water to pool on the floor. The top of the microwave was quite dusty, indicating that cleaning could be more thorough.

The hotel was very comfortable, especially as my daughter had the vomiting bug on arrival and was bedbound for our stay. The staff were so helpful and considerate, particularly the housekeeping staff and the receptionists. The location was brilliant, the city was so accessible and the Infinity shopping centre 100m walk away was convenient for coffee, lunch and great Proxy supermarket. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The family room was great, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

I don’t write many reviews, but occasionally when everything is perfect, I feel compelled to. I want to give a great shout-out to the staff; they were very friendly, and we felt very welcomed with our family. Our children quickly declared this hotel their favorite because of the many extras for kids. The staff's conduct sets a great example for many other hotels. The rooms are great; they're large, modern, the shower is excellent, and everything you need is there, with many extras included. We stayed for one night while traveling with a car and a small trailer (vacation travels). Overnight parking was possible without many hazards, unlike some other hotels. However, it may not be recommended for larger trailers or caravans. It's best to ask the staff before your arrival if you're in doubt. We only stayed for one night, but next year we will definitely book an extra night since both the stay and the location are wonderful.

Very nice hotel, clean, really good breakfast. The room had everything you need, even a microwave, very convenient for families with children. The center is 10 minutes away by tram, the stop is nearby, all public transport in the city is free. There is a charger for an electric car, the cost of charging is included in the cost of parking, we paid 18 euros. The only negative was that the room was a bit stuffy and we couldn't adjust the air conditioning, and the windows didn't open.

Room is well designed to maximise space so very comfortable for four. Great shower. All staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is between two tram stops with a 2 minute walk to either. Its a short few minutes into centre and also very close to the airport in the other direction. There's a little shopping centre with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just beside the Philharmonie tram stop. Overall a very good location and recommended.

The property is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to public transport and right in the city center, making it easy to explore Luxembourg. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team takes great care of the rooms with attention to detail. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and if I come back to Luxembourg, I will definitely choose this hotel again

Hotel close to tram of Luxembourg which brings you for free to the city center. Modern building, modern interior. Silent room. Enough parking in underground parking. Feels like a safe parking. Hotel could be easily reached by car, close to the north-eastern access roads of Luxembourg city.

couldn't open a window. room felt smaller than it looked at the pictures. the presence of a microwave feels more as symbolic than usefull. there are no spoons, knifes, forks, ... so you can heat something but eating it might be more difficult.

We had a wonderful stay here for a short break! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was very clean. I especially enjoyed the morning kids' entertainment, which kept our little ones happy and engaged. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety to choose from, and we appreciated the discount on parking at the end. Overall, a great experience— I’d recommend this place!

The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Fantastic location with a tram stop right next to the hotel. There is a big underground garage right under the hotel. The public transport in Luxembourg is free, so it was very convenient. We had some problems in our room with the heating at night (which is the reason for 9 instead of 10 points for the hotel), they handled it very fast the next day. I especially liked how good natured and helpful the staff at the reception desk were.
