This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Luxembourg City, with main attractions, shops and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our suite had a separate sitting area, making it a comfortable stay. The bed was okay, and the wifi worked well throughout. No air conditioning, but we didn’t need it in early May. If driving, park at Knuedler Parking (google maps have it marked). It's a 5-minute walk away, and accomodates larger cars.

This is not a negative about the hotel, per se, but do note that late-night noise from restaurants and tourists in the street made it impossible to keep the windows open at night when sleeping. Once closed, they blocked most of the sound.

The hotel location is excellent. It is within walking distance of so many attractions. It was charming to be in such an historic building. The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to explain the features and options of our stay.

One of the most charming features of the hotel – it being in an historic building – is also one of the downsides. There was an elevator available, but it could not be reached without taking at least a few stairs. This is not a hotel that would be workable for someone with significant physical disabilities.

Having stayed here a few times it was, once again, nice to have a spacious, clean suite with comfortable bed and useful features like bathrobe, tea / coffee / minibar / slippers. Really friendly welcome and helpful staff throughout.

The only disadvantage of this hotel is the noise caused by the activity outside early each morning. Given the (really good) central location this is unavoidable and not something that can be mitigated.

Lovely property in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful big suite (unexpectedly) on the top floor which was beautiful.

We came with our small dog (<5kg) the cost for him was 25 euro per night which is significantly more than we’ve ever paid to a hotel for his stay - usually it’s 10-15 euro for the entire stay so this was a bit of a shock, especially since we didn’t have the room cleaned (by choice) during our stay. It would have been cheaper to leave him in an overnight care at home. He was given a dog biscuit and toy on the first day, but not worth 50 euro.

Didnt like the room at first sight, got used to it and loving the comfort after a week's stay. The cleanliness and size of the room was great!

My friends didn't like the noise level from below the rooms. I'm someone who needed some noise to sleep so that probably didn't annoy me much. But light sleepers will be extremely disturbed. And oh! The climbing up of the stairs with your luggage is a nightmare. But you could ask for help from the reception.

The property has no USB chargers in rooms, so remember to bring a suitable European adaptor to charge tech. One or two of the rooms can be a little noisy due to late bar opposite and or events taking place at the art museum adjacent to the hotel. In all the rooms I have stayed in, there are no headboards on the beds and pillows fall into gap behind, which is frustrating.

Pretty boutique hotel, right in the centre of Luxembourg, with spacious, comfortable, high-end rooms.

With no surprise given its prime location, there is some noise until late because of the bars and restaurants with street seating all around the hotel. However, the double windows are very effective in cancelling most of the noise and it did not impact our sleep.

Location was wonderful. Loved the restaurant too. Our room was nice and big but we had to move from a cramped room that was dark. All rooms different. Not for people who have difficulty with stairs. Staff very nice. Love bed, bathroom, towels and extras.

Breakfast not included and very expensive! We hired a taxi to the airport which the hotel arranged and it was $50 Euros for an 8 minute ride. Luxembourg is expensive in general.

Beautifully styled suite, we felt very grand! Location is perfect - easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants and the main tourist attractions. Comfortable bed and loved being able to have a bath at the end of a long day exploring. Really nice bath products and includes a rubber ducky which was cute!

While the double glazing in the windows is really great pack earplugs or noise cancelling headphones for a Friday or Saturday night if you are a light sleeper (my partner was fine though) as the clubs nearby don’t close until 3 am.

Excellent stay! The hotel’s central location made everything accessible, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff truly outstanding. The warm, homely atmosphere made me feel welcome every single day. Loved every moment of my stay and would happily return again.
