The place us very modern, very well equipped and it's very clean. All appliances are brand new. There is a lot of attention to details. I like to make my coffee in a percolator and they provided that which was the best part of my stay as I was missing having my coffee. I enjoyed that very much

I wish they had provided with a couple of laundry detergent pods for guests staying for a short time

1. The location was pretty good for whoever wanted to walk. 2. The security of the building. 3. The availability of the lift. 4. The building, lobby, and apartment were clean. 5. The availability of two bathrooms with shower for the two bedroom apartment. 6. Good WiFi. 7. The availability of kitchen appliances. 8. Available parkings nearby (not for free). 9. Available parkings underground (need reservation). 10. Easy self check-in. 11. There were iron and cleaning tools.

1. No AC for those who intend to come in summer. 2. In one of the bathrooms, the lock was not working ( I was feeling uncomfortable using the bathroom). 3. The billows were not comfortable. 4. The bedrooms are small (no space for the suitcase). 5. There is no washing machine in the apartment (I think there is in the basement, but always prefer in the apartment).

We thought we would try an apartment hotel in Luxembourg City - change things up from the usual hotel stay. We're glad we did. We met Jerome at the reception desk and he provided us with an orientation of the place and some hints on the city map. The apartment itself was excellent - very spacious and well appointed with dishware, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. There was a small super market around the corner where we got some snacks and breakfast things - which was a welcome change from having every meal in a restaurant. Once we figured out the parking, it was very convenient and definitely secure. It was in a lower level and you drove into a car elevator which took you from street level to parking. It was a tight fit - we had a Volvo XC60 and not sure that a much wider car would have fit. A real bonus was the laundry facilities. We had been gone for over 10 days and having on-site, free laundry was perfect. There are a number of machines so we never had to wait for one to open up. We also liked the location very much. It was convenient to the bridge over the gorge and not very far at all from a tram stop. We never needed an Uber or taxi to get where we wanted to go in the city.

The only thing that could have been explained better was how to find the entrance. It is not obvious from the street and Jerome had to come out to the sidewalk to show us the entrance to the building and the parking (which was around the corner). A larger sign would he helpful. There may have been an explanation on the booking documents, but I didn't notice it.

The check-in is super, all online, no need for hotel cards. It’s really nicely decorated and everything you need is there (including orange press, percolator). The location is super, just a walk across the bridge and you are downtown and a walk into the other direction leads to some nice restaurants.

There is no AC. There was one fan, for 4 people, so one room without a fan. Unfortunately we stayed during some hot days, once it’s below 25 degrees it’s really recommended!

Location - immaculate - well kitted kitchen - lovely bedrooms and bathrooms - fabulous large sofa bed - easy check in and secure key - secure locked building and great location

The shower in the en-suite was lovely altho slow to drain and needing to be really careful not to flood the bathroom. No glasses in the kitchen for water drinking, it isn’t right to drink water from mugs.

No air conditioning when it’s 41C was not enjoyable.

It was the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in, honestly. I’m usually the type who always finds something to complain on but here was nothing to complain about. - Great location, very close to the main station but enough far to feel safe. - Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities - A book with pictures by Annie Leibovitz, my special respect - very friendly and helpful staff - Nespresso coffee machine - 10-20 minutes maximum to all of the main sightseeings And the most important advantage for me personally: super super quiet!! No disturbing sounds from neighbours and a very comfortable bed. I wish all the hotels and apartments have such a strong soundproofing

Lovely modern flat with everything we needed. Fab bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Very central. The instructions on the garage and access weee excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have a laundry room and garage for the motorcycles

Checkin could have been a bit simplier as keypad was difficult to use. Cost of a car park space for 2 nights at 70 euros is very expensive. Very noisy street so had to have windows shut and no air conditioning. Sofa bed as a sofa wasn’t very comfortable a standard sofa would have been better

The staff was great

They told us they only clean after 8 days. I think the rooms can be cleaned every 3-4 days

We checked in using the automated system but the reception was also manned and as our apartment was ready, we were given an early check in. The welcome on the reception was friendly and accommodating. A well-furnished, spacious apartment in a great location - a short walk to the centre and just a few minutes walk from the bus stop that brought us from the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well equipped it had everything that we needed. Everyone in our group thought that the beds and pillows were very comfortable (including the sofa bed) and we all had a great night's sleep and each room had great blackout curtains. The bathrooms were well appointed with very good showers. The apartment was very quiet. We were able to log in to Netflix. 10/10 all round.
