5 Stars – A Comfortable and Kind Stay at Apart2Stay We had a truly wonderful four-night stay at Apart2Stay in Luxembourg. The location is incredibly central—perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. From the front desk team who greeted us warmly and answered every question with a smile, to the cleaning staff who kindly helped us locate the washer and dryer (which were a little tricky to find at first!), everyone made us feel cared for and supported. We’d absolutely recommend Apart2Stay to anyone visiting Luxembourg—great value, great people, and a great place to stay.

Because we were new to Luxembourg, we didn’t fully understand everything about the apartment. We didn’t realize we had to plug our key into the wall to get electricity to work. And we didn’t know where the washing machine was for a day. Otherwise, it was fabulous.

Apartment was clean and very well located to the station and the centre of Luxembourg. It had plenty of space and the breakfast in the nearby hotel was fine as well. It was handy that we could store our bags before check in and after check out at the hotel.

The apartment seems to be very well insulated and therefore very warm and hard to cool down even with the windows wide open. It was quite noisy outside in the street at night, so we had to either choose between being hot and close the windows, or put up with the outside street noise or the noise of the fan. We knew beforehand from previous reviews that some guests had mentioned they didn't feel safe in the area. We never felt unsafe, although the area seemed to attract a lot of homeless people hanging around. We ourselves felt the location was great for all the nearby transport just 2 minutes walk away.

The main problem we encountered was the lack of an elevator to the second floor. Since we're here for a 5-day trip with 6 days left, hauling our two big suitcases up the steep stairs was really tough. It was difficult without anyone to assist us with our luggage. I suggest they assign someone for check-in and check-out assistance and offer the option to book a ground floor room to avoid this inconvenience.

We loved the hotel. Our room was separated from the main building, on a different street. But the personnel (very friendly and helpful btw) explained well where it was and even showed visual representation :) The room was comfortable, and everything that needed was there. We bought breakfast and were pleased. It is a universal breakfast, nothing special, but was delicious. The price for the room is suitable. The place is cool since the bus and train station are close. The center is 10 minutes from the hotel, so really a nice option.

I would not say that I felt safe in this part of the city. A lot of homeless people or people who look suspicious, some drug addicts. They are not aggressive, do not distract you or anything like that, but just the feeling of unsafety existed. For alone women travelers - not the best option probably.

Nice large apartment with plenty of room. Nice and clean with nice basic cooking supplies.

No washer in the room, infered to in the description. It was in the basement, apparently. The check-in hotel reception gets you to the building. However, there was no indication of how to find the room. FYI, other than one room in the main hall, proceed through the building to the back door, out, and up the stairs. Save you embarrassment, however, you just might find the washer in the basement if you go downstairs.

It was a fantastic stay at apart2stay. The location is super convenient. Station, buses, and trams are very close. We checked in at around 12.30 am at night. The person in the reception was super helpful. He suggested us some tourist destinations for the next day. The room was large, airy, very neat and clean.

Only the problem was with the water clogging in the bathroom. The water outlet was not working properly.

Needed a kettle to go with coffee maker Mattress in need of replacement. Way too soft and you could feel the springs when you sat on it. Could do with air con - obviously well insulated building. Fan was a great help though apartment still very warm even in lower, wet time in Luxembourg.

The apartment is very convenient because it is right across from the train station and you can easily take a (free) tram to the city center. The small kitchen had what we needed to make coffee and a light breakfast each morning.

The neighborhood itself is a little rowdy and doesn't offer much for tourism, but it is a reasonable place to have as a base to explore Luxemburg City.

Comfortable beds in light, airy and clean modern apartment. Close to station. Easy key pickup. Good clean bathroom.

Many stairs. Gate and door locks difficult to open at times. No dishwashing liquid provided. Some loud yelling in the street at various times.

Location, a very nice clean and comfortable room and serviced. One block from the station and the stop for the amazing free trams that run every 4 mins.

No hot water jug and very little help regarding getting into the room, you have walk through the building and out the other side to find the room. Would have been good to know.
