Room very clean, modern shower unit, walk in. Bed very comfortable. Our side room was noisy with the window open. Air conditioning was available so could have left it closed. We flew in and jumped on the 'free' tram which stopped about 20 metres from the front door so very convenient. Staff very friendly, put up with my antique attempts at French. Most spoke English. restaurant was clean, with nice views over the station for people watching. Food was fresh with reasonable choice. restaurant only open for breakfast but plenty of restaurants nearby. Free public transport with good links all over.

More tea (1 sachet in basket), more shower gel/hairwah, 1 sachet each. Reported a problem when I locked the safe and couldn't reopen. was testing it, so empty. Reported it and they said someone would come up, never did. Only there for 3 nights, didn't push it. Would have liked to use the bar facilities in the restaurant of an evening but it never opened. A fair number of rough sleepers around, didn't cause us a problem

Breakfast was excellent with good cappuccino machine and good selection of breakfast foods. Room was of good size and very comfortable bed. We had view of street and train station but did not have any problem with noise. The elevator was right outside our door but it also did not cause a noise problem. It was very convenient to cross street to the free bus and tram and train service to city or anywhere we wanted to go in entire country each day. We had excellent free day trips to Diekirck and Schengen area.

The shower was a little challenging to turn off without instructions , when I tried to turn off top shower, the hand-help part sprayed and visa-versa so it's a bit annoying. Also, the whole bathroom/ shower has glass walls and sliding glass door, so you better be on comfortable terms with your roommate / spouse!

First time in Luxembourg and this was a very good choice - directly opposite the train station from where you can take free trams, buses and trains to anywhere in the country, or just up to the city centre for lots of dining options. Staff were great - even where we didn't properly share a language. Breakfast was good. The room we were given was at the front. The air conditioning worked very well and the windows blocked out much (but not all) of the sounds from the street.

The shower was pretty small and awkward to get in and out of - turning around without turn the heat up or down was a challenge. My wife found the bed a little too hard - but for me it was perfect!

I stayed at this hotel twice during my recent trip, one night on my arrival in Luxembourg before moving on to Germany, then another two nights before I flew home. I stayed in two different rooms, one fairly ordinary, the second really fun. It was decorated and furnished in 1950's style and I think original furniture. However, the bathroom was very modern and super. Bed comfortable, good storage space. All staff very friendly and helpful. On my last day, I was flying home very late and the man at reception looked after my case and later let me sit in the lobby and charge my phone.

In my first room I had a safe but there was no safe in my second room. Breakfasts were OK but a bit lacking in variety. No hot food. The lift is a bit dodgy and was not working when I arrived for my second stay. It was sorted out quite quickly. As I was on 6th floor, I was a bit worried about it not working again. It was quite noisy at night, being opposite the main station. This wasn't a problem for me but might be for some people.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast also just great. Everthing worked very smoothly as all the needed documents were already filled and I only needed to sign the paper when signing in to the hotel. Also the location was just perfect as you could go anywhere with tram or bus as the stop was just a few steps from the hotel door.

There is next to nothing soundproofing in the walls and doors of the rooms. Some guy kept us wake by talking with his friend almost all night, as one could literally hear everything someone is talking on the another side of the wall. The windows are well soundproofed as the tram and bus traffic didn't cause hardly any disturbance although those kept on driving under the window all the time.

The hotel was exceptionally well located, keeping in mind that the all the public means of transportation are right at the door of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff were kind. The breakfast runs until 11 am. Overall, it is definitely a good value for the money!

The elevator is constantly busy in the morning and it was difficult to go up to our floor after breakfast. The bathroom was very small and they didn't give us the option of not changing towels (they cleaned the room everyday) - which might be a positive for some people.

Location. Right across from train station and free airport bus stops right in front. Staff at the front desk were all helpful, especially David. Breakfast was simple in terms of little variety, but was all good quality. We particularly liked the sausage with nuts. Beds were comfortable. Water in the lobby.

Safe wasn’t working so they gave us a key to use which was a pain. Bathroom had only two small packets of body shampoo, not even enough for one person to wash hair let alone body, and definitely not enough for 2 of us. Also little place to put our toiletries. Carpet in room was dirty. No phone in the room to reach reception. No English news tv channels.

Close to train/tram/bus station. It's just right outside so it's very convenient to go around places (plus public transpo is free all throughout Luxembourg so this was a plus). I can just hop on and off. Comfortable bed, wide bathroom/shower -- hot water working. It got kettle as well and some basic coffee in sachet. Had a relaxing stay in the hotel.

Breakfast got very limited options to choose from: 2 sausages, 2 hams and 2 cheese, boiled egg, breads, muesli, drinks (juice/milk/coffee machine), (already) mixed fruits and yogurt.

Very pleasant hotel very near the main station and close to the frequent & free transport to all areas of Luxembourg City. Great for late arrival or early departure by train. Good sized room, clean & comfortable. Good breakfast selection & breakfast pack available for early departure (but see comments in didn't like section)

A selection list for the breakfast pack would cover the wide variety of preferences & avoid food waste. Had we known what was included we would have allowed less time to get to the train to grab a few items from the breakfast room to take with us. The pack consisted of a bread roll with honey jam & Nutella, a croissant, a pastry, bottle of apple juice & a pack of crisps. Crisps??? We don't eat them anytime let alone for breakfast. A boiled egg would have been a far better item to include.

Excellent location, very clean and the bed and pillows were really comfy. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice.

My floor unfortunately had some very noisy guests who kept banging the doors until late. I nearly asked to be moved to another floor but I was so tired that I just thought I would ask the other guests to be more mindful. They finished before I managed to do this. This is of course not the fault of the hotel.
