The location was excellent!! When we walked it took us only 10 minutes to get to the city centre, and if we took the tram it was two stops away. And in general the stay was fantastic :) The staff was really kind and they were very attentive with us. We asked if we could get another couple of pillows, and the same day, as soon as we arrived at the hotel they were already there, waiting for us.

We know that usually, in Luxembourg, there is no AC in hotels, but we recommend installing it for foreigners (at least as Spaniards we need it). Due to the heat we couldn’t sleep one night, but at least the room had a big fan that helped a little.

a) very convenient location b) perfect size for 1 person c) very supportive personnel and accurate instructions d) very clean room e) very comfortable bed f) I had no issues with the internet connection, although I have read several complaints on this issue in the platform.

a) I brought in with me some instant coffee sachets, since I have read in the comments that no capsules were available. It is true that if you arrive late there is no opportunity for having a coffee in your room early next morning, unless you bring your own instant. For sure there are a lot of stores in the neighbourhood for buying coffee capsules but if you arrive late everything is closed. Obviously, I would prefer to have coffee capsules for 1 day as a welcoming gesture. b) salt and pepper were also missing I suggest that coffee, sugar and milk (1 day portions) along with salt and pepper sachets should be provided. If this was the case, then I would have given excellent reccomendation.

The apartment was only 100mtrs from the main train station, it was in the bus and tram lines. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and staff (though remote) were very helpful.

It is on the main tram line, so if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. Had laundry facilities but they were not in the apartment but a downstairs laundry, only a slight negative to run down to see if your washing was complete. Some tea and/coffee in the unit as a welcome would have made a awesome experience.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which can be very convenient. The room was very clean, modern, spacious bathroom. There is a little well-equipped kitchen corner, if you want to eat in the room. The communication with the hotel manager was very efficient via Whatsapp. I received all necessary information and the invoice. All very smooth.

I felt a little uneasy in the big building, not knowing whether there were any other guests. It felt very anonymous. There is no human contact as there is no reception. It would have been nice to find some tea bags and coffee in the room.

It's my third time staying here. I like the privacy and ease of quick check-in/check-out. Very nice room, spacious and clean. Kitchen facilities are useful and clean. Overall, I had everything I needed. Host is very responsive via phone call, not so much via booking.com msging service. I would recommend to a friend, also good value for money if you book in good time

The only negative about this place but also a positive is the area. You have to be alert at night as there are certain groups of people around, but at the same time the transport links are great and restaurants are open till late nearby. So, location is a negative and a positive.

A nice and spacious penthouse apartment right between the railway station and the town center. There is a tram station close to the residence and the tram takes 5 minutes to the center or you can walk the distance. The rooms were spacious and clean and there was a big balcony which offered an excellent sight of the national day fireworks.

There was no air conditioning but many fans we could use

The residence is very close to the train station and a few minutes walk from the center. There is no reception service but the staff will contact you to give you all the instructions for the check-in which went smoothly. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and ready to accommodate any request whenever possible.

Since the residence is on a main road it can be quite noise during the night due to people and trams. We did not expect cleaning service, so we woke up surprised one morning when the staff tried to open the door.

It had everything we needed and in a great location. Very comfy bed and powerful shower. Was very modern. We opted for an apartment with a balcony. Quite small but big enough and nice to sit out on

Air con would have been nice but not vital! There was a fan and we had a balcony, but I’m guessing with it the big balcony doors letting in fresh air it could be quite stuffy

- Really clean - Modern studio - Perfect location - 2 min away from the train station - Lot of shop and supermarket around - Easy access to tramways and bus

- Did not manage to understand the instructions on how to close the door properly so had to put my luggage in front of the door at night to avoid intrusion. - Will be good to have someone physically to welcome you as everything was in remote/whatsapp

The location is great

It was very hot, therefore needed to keep the windows open for fresh air and was disturbed by the noise from the street(we were on the 1st floor)
