No one told us there's a "credit line" for every room and that we cannot put our expenses (like coffee or dinner in the room or extra water) on the room to pay at the end. Breakfast yes, but the rest no.. Strange. So we had to pay always for everything and was lost time for us. Room was clean, but when I needed to dry my baby's clothes at the window (room doesn't have balcony and windows do not open (!!!), I found a looot of dust at the window area and when I checked just for curiousity the area on top of the wardrobe, it had 2 fingers of dust. Dust that we breathed for 3 nights. Couch was very uncomfortable, one side was a bit higher than the other one and I slept very bad No fresh air...no openable windows

On arrival, Cristina, at the Reception Desk, greeted us more like old friends than guests. She was amazing, and managed to get us our room early, so we could leave our bags in the room, and then go off to see Luxembourg. She was incredibly helpful, and made our stay start (and finish as she checked us out too), a wonderful experience. The bus from the airport stops not too far around the corner, and the hotel is in a good location with not too far to walk to the centre, train station, and sights. The room was very nice, large and comfortably furnished and very clean. Cristina managed to talk us into the breakfast, which had a very good selection, and as it was all you can eat, was more than enough to start the day very well. We were there for the Christmas markets, and Cristina was very helpful pointing out, not only where they were, but also other things to see in Luxembourg. She also helped us to find out about the trains, as there was a replacement bus service for part of the journey to Metz, where we stayed the next night. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, and her smile and friendliness made us feel very welcome. The hotel is modern, welcoming, and with someone like Cristina there to greet you to start your stay, you cannot go wrong if deciding to stay here.

The bed was a bit too soft for our preference. Parking under the hotel was quite expensive—around €35 for less than 24 hours. I understand it’s not directly managed by the hotel, but perhaps a special rate for hotel guests could be considered. Breakfast had limited options. A bit more variety would be nice—our kids, for example, missed having sunny-side-up eggs. (But at the end of our stay we were told we could have asked about it and they would have prepared it for us so you may try this option!)

The bed was simply great! Reception was nothing short of extremely friendly and helpful! Very clean and modern place, for sure!

Breakfast was just O.k., not great, not bad, just ok. But, for 26€ it should have been much better; eggs to order, scrambled eggs on the buffet not powdered eggs, not powdered juice. People will decide between where to stay based on good breakfast, think about making some minor changes...manager, sit down like a guest and have breakfast, see for yourself. The Nespresso machine in the rooms...great idea, but one tab of each of the different coffee's was a bad idea: no way to tell what it what with the tabs, then there is only one, so, one cup of coffee. Recommend putting at least 2 of regular coffee, (maybe 4) and an offer at reception for the other available tabs to the customer at check in.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. What I liked most however was the very professional and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay the best it could be. As one of our group of 3 is a wheelchair user, it is always a little more risky to travel and you just hope that everything will work out. The staff at this hotel thought of everything - we had booked a room for 3 as the disabled rooms only offer space for 2 as is the case in nearly all hotels. We were offered a disabled room plus a complimentary interconnecting room for our daughter. What a lovely and thoughtful surprise! Not often are people so willing to go out of their way to look after their guests. Can't recommend enough!

I don't have anything negative to say!

Check-in was very easy, with almost no queuing time, with very friendly and efficient staff and secure luggage storage until a room became available (3hrs before check in). The hotel interior design and fittings were of a very high standard, really feeling like a premium environment above the actual price. Not a screw or paint finish out of place. The greatest and most pleasant surprise was the on-site restaurant, Origine, with amazing food and wine and service at a very reasonable price. This really exceeded our expectations, being the best choice of restaurant in the local area. Buffet breakfast was also very good, though slightly on the pricier side. The hotel is positioned very closely to a walking path that takes you directly to Grund, as well as being 20mins walk from the main train station, the old town, main square and the attractions. In short, a perfectly-positioned hidden gem.

The view wasn't the best, but that can't be helped as the hotel is set away from the main road which is what keeps it quiet. The sofa bed mattress was ok, but not the best for a longer stay (we slept 2 nights). Probably a little too soft and bouncy for my liking. No towel rails (just sparse hooks) to properly dry the towels. No independent light switch for an uplighter and window down lights, which removed the possibility of having more atmospheric lighting.

Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff pointed out a parking hack (parking is free on the streets Saturday 1800- Monday morning) - shout out to Tom and Katherina ( hope I have got the names correct) who went out of their way to explain how to get around and what to see.

Nothing much to complain about.

The receptionist was kind enough to let us check-in 20 minutes earlier than was allowed and upgraded our room to executive suite. we signed up for their membership, which would allow us to check-in earlier and to check-out later than advertised. The rooms were superb, and beds are very comfy. The breakfast options were fabulous too. On the second day we overstayed caused by confusion and checked out at 3pm, and despite that the receptionist was very kind and understanding our error and allowed us to pack up our stuff a little later giving us extra time. We were going to pay for the parking but were told that during weekends the parking is free, which saved us a bit of money when we parked opposite the hotel free of charge on Sunday and half a day on Saturday. Overall happy with the service and highly recommend it to others.

Earlier check-in would be preferred but that's been taken care of now.

Extremely friendly personal at the hotel which compensates technical issues. Very delicious breakfast and restaurant food. We forgot mobile at the room, reception called us and returned mobile back.

We got room with broken air con and no open windows. It was already late evening when we discovered it, as it was very hot we asked for another room and moved with sleeping child. We ordered room service, waited for one hour, after call to reception they told me that system had issue and they did not got notification about my order. Still they brought food fast after it, cancelled room service fee, so I paid only for food.

I loved the engagement from the Fnb staff, breakfast, afternoon, late drinks: Alex, djalila wonderfull, mathew from the bar. And the great 2 staff during the breakfast. The reception were helpful, but I will suggest not to direct people request by asking them to use google for some info about the busy stop and taxi/ Uber

The room was not ready at 4pm, we were tired and in hurry with our schedule. During check in, only one line to do the queue.
