Very comfy and clean room, the AC was a blessing as I was there during a heat wave. Close proximity to the the train station and to the tram stops to go to the city center. It was also possible to walk to the city center (around 15min walk).

As it's often the case near to the train stations, the street didn't feel like the safest street. But still, as a solo female traveler I had no issue during my stay.

JJ32 is an extremely functional hotel - however, don't take that to mean that it is basic. The rooms are super clean, the facilities within the room more than adequate, the air conditioning works well, the blinds are awesome and no noise when the windows are closed. The location is super useful to get around anywhere and there are loads of restaurants and bars nearby.

The neighborhood can appear a bit seedy but our group - 2 men and 1 woman did not have any concerns. The hotel could set out more clearly when the front desk is open - small point.

Good location opposite the train station. The room and bed was big. Th bathroom was big. They supplied bottled water for free. Staff at the desk was friendly. Lots of nice cafes around for breakfast

Could be a bit dodgy at night time as there was lots of men and bars around. I wouldn’t like to walk down the street to the hotel alone in the dark. There was no reception/lobby. Just a desk. But she still kept our bags after check out. Until our late flight so we could explore the city.

It is clean, recently renovated. Bathroom is nice and spacious, you can turn around in the shower without having to touch the cold walls. I liked that there was a desk and plenty of shelves to put your things on. The bed is good, the blanket and pillows are really superb! (This is saying a lot from someone who is a real "princess on a pea").

Bring a sleeping mask - there are 7 constant or blinking light sources when all light fixtures are switched off (router, TV, air conditioning, smoke detector, hair dryer, landline phone and light switches).

Excellent location close to the main train station and a number of city transport lines. The room was clean and regularly cleaned. Good working wi-fi and air conditioning. The room faced the courtyard and was therefore quiet, even though the hotel is on a street with a busy evening and night life. Helpful staff.

The room was quite small for two people and especially the desk was so small that it was not suitable for work. Arriving at the hotel in the evening, one did not feel well in the street.

The hotel is located close to the railway station in a bustling area. I requested a quiet room on a high floor, and I was given one that was clean with a comfortable bed and good blinds making the room dark and quiet. The air-conditioning functioned well, too, so I had a good night's sleep. Overall, good value-for-money.

Since there was no-one at reception when I left, I had to request the invoice/receipt successively and it took 3 days to arrive.

1. Very helpful staff: we had 2 requests regarding our luggage, and they proposed a great solution. 2. Location - very close to the central railway station (3 min on foot).

It's not on the hotel's side, but the street at night is quite different from what it usually looks ;) There are lots of pubs/strips and shady guys offering their services :) It wasn't a problem for us, but good to know for solo travelers.

The receptionist at the hotel was efficient and very nice. Later in the evening, there is no one at the reception but you can let yourself in easily. The hotel is near the train station and it is an easy walk to the historic center of the town.

Noise from downstairs bar!!!! I was wondering why there were a pair of ear plugs on the desk in the room, when the loud music and shouting went until deep into the night, I understood the reason. Too bad this nice hotel is on top of such a loud establishment, it really detracts from the otherwise perfect stay.

Receptionist was extremely nice, helpful, and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the city. The mini fridge came in handy for snacks and leftovers.

We would have loved some creamers for the coffee (even powdered) but we ended up grabbing extra from a coffee shop for the other days. The shower isn't really separate from the room so make sure you are comfortable with your friends ;) Also the air conditioner's light is SO BRIGHT that even turned off it illuminated the whole room at night. We ended up putting a towel over it to sleep.

The room was perfect.Comfy bed and great shower.A/C worked free coffee and bottled water supplied in room every day as part of cleaning process. Great location,close to the station,trams and buses,cafes,restaurants and supermarkets.

A little bit of noise from the street below,late at night but closing the windows helped. Bit expensive but I had to book this last minute .
