I liked the proximity of the hotel to the tram line. This was very handy. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The staff were very accommodating and spoke English.

The breakfast options were very limited - there was no warm breakfast options other than toast or pancakes. Also, housekeeping seems to be done very late in the day. I went back to my room to have a rest later one afternoon to find housekeeping were just in my room so I had to wait outside for her to finish.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was close the train station and also so many bus stop/route options there. There are also many shops, restaurants and pubs close by. I felt safe and secure, especially as a solo traveller. If you like walking, you can easily walk to the city centre from there. The room was super clean, the water was hot, etc. It’s a great place to stay when in Luxembourg. I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t particularly have a problem with this because I don’t hear anything once I’m deep asleep but since it’s close to some pubs, it got noisy at night when the pubs started playing music. So someone who is a light sleeper would have a big problem with this.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and housekeeping keeps the place nice and tidy. Our standard room was quite small (so was the bathroom) but most seemed to be in good order. Breakfast was a little basic but all we needed. Coffee and tea-facilities available in the after hours which was great. Airconditioning in the room was a big plus considering the high temperatures. The garage under the hotel is, just as they say, VERY TIGHT, so this takes some skill even in a small car.

Bedside light was physically broken but still worked. Beds seemed a little worn but still slept well. Room was next to elevator and staircase and therefore quite noisy. View out of the window was quite poor. All in all, we still had a great stay. For a somewhat budget stay I thought it to be a little pricey.

Nice hotel, very conveniently located next to the central station. You can get to the city center in 15 mins with the tram or the bus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. You'll find the basics at the breakfast (e.g. muesli, milk, yoghurt, fruits, croissants, bread, marmalades) but don't expect variety or many options. Overall it's a very decent hotel if you are on a budget – I would stay here again.

The rooms were on the smaller side but that was not a big deal for us. You could hear noise from the outside when opening the window (at the 5th floor) – it may be more annoying for rooms on lower floors facing the outside. It was all quiet when closing the window.

Exceptionally warm welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room HOWEVER we were told that we could grab tea or coffee from the coffee machine in the breakfast room, whenever we wanted it. Excellent location (3mins walk from Gare Du Luxembourg train station, which us the main train station). Loads of food options, including lots of Halal options within 5mins walk from the hotel.

Not a complaint per say, but the room was a little small (but we managed). The bathroom was also quite small BUT ... everything's else, in terms of service, made us look past the small room.

Cute little hotel. Free coffee machine available 24/7. Very close to the train station.

Little bit of a sketchy area. Not for families with children. Breakfast is way over priced. Booking.com should include breakfast in all properties. We have found they only have a few deli meats, cereals and lots of bread products. Seriously, save your money and hit a local shop for your croissants and pastries. Much, much better, fresher and a hell of a lot cheaper on the budget. Room was great. Bathroom had a musty smell to it. Towel bars, toilet paper roll holder coming off the walls. I wish hotels would fix broken shit! Once again, I find properties are overpriced for what you get.

Property is conveniently located by the tram stop and station, making it an idea spot from where to see the rest of the city and the country. The room had everything we needed and a suitable breakfast selection.

The location is a little noisier than the rest of Luxembourg but if you have a room on the back side of the hotel you won’t hear it at all. Bathroom is a little small and the ventilation suffers as a result but that is such a small issue it’s not a problem.

A neat and tidy little room with a good aircon (even and comfortable temperature throughout the night). Quiet at night despite being on a lively street. Close to train station and easy walking distance to city centre. Friendly staff who let us store our luggage until afternoon on departure day, no problem at all. I liked the decor of the room and the hotel.

It would have been nice with an electric kettle in the room, or in the lounge area.

Staff allowed us to do an early check-in. Location of the property was near the public transport stop (tram, bus, train) and it was close to the centre. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, nice people.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood. It's located in a bit "shady street". Our room was main-street-situated, so it was slightly noisier. We were missing the "do not disturb" sign for cleaning ladies not to clean the room.

5 minutes from the station. Room is of a decent size, the door almost scrapes the bed though. Bathroom is fine, but somewhat odd shaped so it requires a triangular wash basin and toilet positioned in the pointed corner. This might be an issue if you are of the plus size. Shower is great though. Everything is there: sufficient towels, soap, glasses, haird dryer. Bed is comfortable enough. Given the limited space excellent for a weekend stay. Rooms still get cleaned daily which is an exception these days. Stayed over the weekend, so no idea how noisy it can get with the renovations going on. Buffet breakfast I normaly don't use so this was a welcome change. Good coffee. Decent size TV has a wide range of channels from several countries.

The hotel is being renovated on the outside. Covered in canvas so its hard to miss on first visit. No clear signage but I'm sure that will be fixed in due course. There are more buildings being renovated or erected in that street, gives it a permanent state of construction going on. The corner has been a construction site for over a year now. The location doesn't provide any kind of 'view', never meant to do so anyway. My first room had a toilet that kept flushing but I was assigned another room within a minute. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room itself. Might be able to get some coffee downstairs at all times and take that up to the room but haven't checked.
