The room was quite spatious and well equipped. The small fridge had 2 complementary bottles of water. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with the necessary toiletries. The room is also equipped with a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a clothing iron and a safe box. Also, the hotel wifi is completely free, you do not have to go through an annoying registration page. The hotel is easily accessible from the center and train station. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and the prices were decent. The standard 12 o'clock check-out was also very helpful.

It seems to be a trend nowadays, but we really missed the presence of a wardrobe, or some shelves for the clothes in our room.

Nice clean and well equipped room, you can also park on the premise. Very convenient location, 15 min walking from the old town.

The reviews for the parking on Google Maps were so bad that we ended up parking elsewhere in a nearby Indigo parking for comparable price. This might have been a mistake, since the parking on the roof of the hotel seemed totally fine. Maybe the hotel should look into those reviews and update them so it does not deter customers from parking there. The indigo parking nearby (not related to the hotel) was fine, clean, safe, but we had to carry our luggage around two blocks. If you park in this hotel, the entry inside is super convenient. Hopefully this helps. :)

The staff were fabulously welcoming and accommodate a much-needed early check-in. The rooms was simple but very clean and comforatble.

The street that the hotel went bout to was incredibly noisy (and I am not somebody, who usually minds noise). The location close to the train station was important for me, but I got to regret that, considering the traffic on the road, as well as the plans and the works in the neighbouring building.

Very convenient location for exploring the city center. Top-notch service. The concierge took my car, parked it, and delivered my luggage to my room. Delicious breakfast. The room was quiet, and I slept very well. However, my friends in another room said they could hear their neighbors very clearly.

Please excuse me, but I still don't understand why a hotel of this standard doesn't have basic amenities and no toilet brush :) I called reception twice to ask for a brush, they promised to bring one but never did.

Location - very close to the old city centre and easy walk to key historical sites and restaurants. Breakfast - very nice variety of foods and good coffee. Room - spacious, airco. Parking available behind hotel which works well if travelling with car. Really liked the funky art and decor. Reception was friendly and quick to process any requests.

View from the room was towards the backside of a building in construction/parking lot, but other than that, cannot complain about anything - service was good.

Just a 5 min walk from the main station and 5 to the bridge that brings you into the old city itself. Staff very very friendly and kind. Spotless clean. Breakfast very tasty. Bedroom was lovely. Bed extremely comfortable. Rain shower a joy to be in.

Bedroom was facing the main road so was a little noisy at times but that cant be helped no fault of the hotel. Planes every hour overhead due to proximity to Luxembourg airport but I got used to it quickly and isn't loud enough to keep you awake at night.

It was my first time in Luxemburg and I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The location is very convenient, just around the corner from the railway station (5 minutes walk). I checked in immediately, just after I had arrived. In the room was very good air-conditioner, what I appreciated a lot because it was about 30 degrees outside. The breakfast included a variety of food. But the cappuccino I liked the most! I felt like at home during my stay, thanks a lot! I will definitely come back again!!!

The Hotel is nicely located and near to the beautiful city center! I liked also the welcome with citrus water and the apples. The Rooms are good in size and the beds are big and cosy. The bathroom is well arranged with lots of space and good light.

-The Breakfast is good enough, but for the prize i would expect to have better quality food and more variety. The fried eggs look is artificial and the crumbled eggs are probably just a water/powder mix. Bread varieties are missing and cheese variations are also not given. -A wardrobe or a shelf to be able not living out of the luggage is missing.

Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions in the city centre, alternatively, there is also a good public transport connection which is free of charge and reliable. There are some nice restaurants and shops nearby in case one doesn’t feel like going much further. Hotel is modern and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, quite a good selection of sweet and savory dishes. Daily housekeeping was provided with clean towels supplied on a daily basis. Also, hotel is just a few minutes away from the railway station so it’s very convenient for those who opt to travel outside the city.

The only remark was lack of air conditioning in the hotel due to technical issues however, portable units were provided. There were homeless people spotted in the area, after 8pm onwards but this isn’t really something that hotel can handle. I can’t say I felt that much unsafe.

The room was good. Aircondition system was not working, but hotel informed in advance, and put ventilator in the room. Staff was very helpful, responding to all inquiries. Hotel is very close to city centre, 15 minuted by walk.

I have a problem, when I received message from the hotel through booking com, stating that I need to re-confirm my reservation. When I entered the link I was charged 500 euro, although I paid in advance. To keep story short, it appeared that that was done by hackers, who hacked the hotel's system. In the end neither hotel, nor booking com made anything, however, in my opinion, they could suggest any waivers.
