The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were friendly and even made sure I had breakfast to go when I had to leave early on my last day. Very cute as well.

The wifi was unusable. I work remotely and booked a hotel instead of a hostel so I could take a meeting in the evening. The connection was so poor that I was unable to do that without turning on my hotspot on my phone which is very expensive since Luxembourg is not my home country.

Lovely hotel. Really well located, right beside the train station and loads of buses depart from there also. Tram was also right beside the hotel which could get you into the centre (so could the buses). You could also walk about 15 minutes. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Really good (continental) breakfast. Room was comfortable, we had a nice view of the street. Staff were all super friendly and super helpful!! Would definitely stay here again if I was returning to Luxembourg.

I called to book this hotel very last minute and was able to check in early, which was needed for this trip. When I arrived, the staff was very accommodating. There was an issue with the elevator and they brought in someone to fix it immediately. The following day, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet in helping me remove lint from my clothes and ensure I was set for my business meeting (She didn't have to do this so, I was very surprised by her eagerness to help). The breakfast was quite good as well (fresh fruit, cereal, warm pastries, confiture, boiled egg, meets etc). The room was very clean. Usually in old buildings like this, I don't expect such cleanliness, but everything was cleaned quite well. The bed was also very comfortable. Moreover, great location just 5 min walk from the gare and lots of access to restaurants and shops on foot.

Given the size of the room and the fact that it's an older building with older facilities etc, I felt like the price was a bit high (120 eur per night). However, this could have been because I booked very late and also the location. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head. Although the bathroom itself was impeccably clean, the shower head was quite old and had a lot of calc build-up. I think it might need replacing soon. Also, something to note, the room is tiny and there was no view (just of the building across) but I honestly was not bothered by this because I only spent a few hours there. But if the view is important to you, consider looking at the other rooms they offer.

Comfortable room and comfortable bed. My room was lovely and quiet. Great choice at breakfast. Option of an easy 20 minute walk or take the free bus to get to main attractions. Free bus from airport stops 3/4 minute walk from hotel.

Nothing. It is a 20 minutes walk away from the old city but with the free buses it is no problem. I was happy to walk and explore.

The location was great and close to the train station, and the price, compared to other options, was good. And it was quiet. They let us check in early and leave our bags the next day until we left around 6 pm. The staff were some of the friendliest I have met and offered good advice, especially about public transportation, which is all free in Luxembourg. There was free coffee/cappuccinos always available and cold bottled water. They recommended a very good Italian place across the street, which had excellent artisanal pizza! We wanted to eat there more than once! Breakfast was good and the price was good so we didn't expect a wide array of options but it was more than enough. The rooms are on the smaller side but since we only sleep in our hotel rooms, we don't need much more than a comfortable bed which it was. We would highly recommend it to people who like pensione style lodging versus American hotels. We were very happy to have found it through Booking.com!

Breakfast - Nice selection of food for the size of the hotel + free water bottles offered which was helpful for traveling. Because its in the lobby of the hotel, the staff on the hotel desk immediately cleaned up plates placed on the cleaning rack Location - Right near the train station + trams and a variety of restaurants Staff - Very friendly. One of the staff had lived in the UK before and spoke good english which helped alot, and also helped picked out a lovely Italian restaurant on our last day and asked them to reserve us a table when they had limited room The pillows were quite big and comfy to sleep on Soap in bathroom and shower Hairdryer in the bathroom Water bottles placed in room everyday Heated rail in the bathroom. If you are from the UK like me or somewhere else like USA which doesnt have these, they are useful to dry your towels on or anything else like a hair turban. Allowed to keep luggage in the hotel after checkout and return later in the day to collect it. The staff on duty told us this as we checked in. This isnt a comment about the hotel specifically, but I have read alot of recent things (2025) in the Gare area near the train station having "shady" people around at night. I was often walking with my partner to/from the hotel at 9-10pm and although it was dark, didnt see anyone suspicious or look threatening nearby.

Outside noise - Since the rooms are rather small, if you are near the entrance to the floor youll hear alot of noise from outside as they move back and forth in the hallway Small elevator - The elevator is very small and can only really fit one person inside. Was not an issue for us, but if you have a mix of: 2+ people, alot of luggage and are on the top floor then youll wait awhile to bring all the luggage up/down. Shower - The shower is composed of two sliding doors perpendicular to each other. If you shut both of them, they are not locked in place and theirs a small gap. That meant that when you have the shower on, some water will be leaking out onto the bathroom floor outside the shower. The staff puts a towel on the base of the shower so you can just put it outside however.

Location is very close to Luxembourg station which ja very convenient for travellers. Staff are kind, accommodating and friendly. We were welcomed so well even if it was past midnight already. We were told that we can get drinks anytime. The receptionist even printed us a guide for our sightseeing the next day. They allowed us to borrow an adaptor so we can charge our phones. During breakfast, we didn't feel rush to finish our breakfast. After check out, they allowed us to store our baggage. Lastly, we were offered to grab some water or have some coffee when we picked up our bags. Thank you for being thoughtful and for welcoming us in your hotel as well as to yout beautiful country. I will surely book this hotel again.

Everything! - staff were so friendly, printed off places to visit and really took their time introducing the hotel - bed was comfier than mine back home - room was super clean, and looked like it was cleaned with pride - free coffee machine downstairs was a really nice touch - nothing was too much trouble, was always there for advice and tips for Luxembourg - always greeted when we walked through reception - breakfast was lovely, hot croissants and a great selection of alternatives One of the best value for money hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

The TV only had 4 channels due to the weather but it wasn’t worth complaining about but I’m sure if I did they would have gone above and beyond to rectify
