The location was awesome. It was close to the old city. The staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurants are nearby. We loved sitting outside in front of the hotel when they made tables and chairs available. Luxembourg has free public transportation which was extremely wonderful.

Not a big deal, but a few people said their showers leaked when they used the handheld shower head (rain shower head didn’t cause this). It would have been nice to have the tables and chairs in front of the hotel available every day and night

The location is perfect as it is located at walking distance from the the main train station, bus and tram stations. It made it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle. The room was very nice and clean, with modern decor, they also have a Nespresso coffee machine, which was very convenient. Also, there was a bottle of Moët and chocolates in my bedroom at arrival. Wifi reception is good in the room and they also have smart TV so one can enjoy watching Netflix or YouTube instead of local channels. The staff were extremely friendly and available 24x7. The breakfast is Overall good, as it is located in the centre so one can get a lot of options to eat outside. However in the morning you may find hard to get something to eat or you have to go to the main train station for breakfast which is expensive as compare to what you get here at that price. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Kazakiwi. The location, room, and service were all top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

I found the room was bit small, very less walking space within the room. They also have chair in room but with the room size it was not comfortable to use the chair. Also and most important there is only one charging point, other points is either for TV or coffee machine, so if your having more then 2 phones you may need to carry your own extension wire as hotel won’t provide any extension wire. (I asked for one and being told they don’t have any)

The location for sure was very good, though a bit noisy but that was not a big problem for me. Nice places to eat nearby. The breakfast is very good, and the clearness is also very good. The staff was super nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend the place to others.

It is a bit small, and I am not sure if I got the big room. Though I paid for that. The terrace is a French balcony, so there is no way to use it, had I known I would have booked one without. There was no fridge in the room. Some things like tooth paste and brush were missing for a 4star hotel.

Staff were fantastic right from check in to check out. The hotel room itself is small but adequate. The TV in the room had no signal so could not watch tv we did point this out however they stated they could move us but can’t guarantee the TV would be working there also so if you are traveling with children might be an issue Everyone was friendly. Only point to note is the street and the surrounding areas are not the most friendly or safe you have petty thieves who scan your body with there eyes as you walk by to see if they can snatch anything. Apart from this it was all fine I wouldn’t recommend for a lone female traveller not because of the hotel but for the location and the street it’s in

Location was perfect and very convenient- near to the main station and trams/ bus stops are nearby; half hr from the airport as well . Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable to sleep. There is also water, and tea/coffee machine available in the room. Breakfast is really good with vanities and continental options. Overall, it’s a perfect location to stay to explore Luxembourg’s as everything is walkable.

Nothing much but I just found someday they wouldn’t top up bfast on time or either it’s finished. So, you have to go early for bfast.

Despite being near the train station, the street the hotel is in feels safe. There is a coffee machine in the room and coffee and tea get refilled daily. The tv had Netflix and amazon prime. Employees were friendly and service oriented. They provide soap and shower gel from a good French cosmetics brand.

I stayed there in Winter and the room always had a temperature of 22 degree which is too warm to sleep. Therefore it was necessary to use the AC for sleeping. The AC can be a bit noisy if you are not used to it.

Excellent location near the main train station. Tram stop a short distance from the hotel to take you to the city centre which is only a couple of stops. Breakfast choices were good and the hotel left my husband a nice bottle of Cremant and a bar of chocolate for his birthday on check out day. Tea/coffee making facilities (Nespresso machine) in the room were good which you can replenish yourself from the trolley near reception.

The breakfast room was not sufficiently staffed and the lovely lone member of staff struggled to cope with clearing the tables and replenishing the food items. Guests need to be aware of the constant noise of aircraft taking off which seemed to stop approx 23:30 and restart approx 05:30, out of the hotels control of course so purchasing ear plugs might be a good idea if you’re a light sleeper.

Excellent location near the train station and public transport hub. Nespresso machine with range of coffees and teas, as well as free sparkling water. Good selection of plug sockets near bed. We looked on the google street view before going and saw construction work right outside earlier in 2024 which made us a little anxious but when we got there (September 2024) the construction had mostly moved along the road and the hotel was easily accessible. We arrived late at night several times and did not have any issues. We did not have breakfast.

The location was walkable to the old town but outside the most touristy area (which I prefer). My room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I liked the glass bottles full of still and sparkling water. The staff were very friendly. I requested a quiet room so they placed me at the back of the hotel, away from street noise. (I did hear a little noise from someone above me but it wasn't bad.)

My room was quite small. There was a shelving unit that would've added some valuable surfaces but it just wasn't configured well to be useful. I wouldn't say this was a good value for money in general, but I think it was probably a good value for Luxembourg, where things are pretty expensive.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The location is great, perfect to visit the city. The lady and gentleman at the reception were very kind, polite and sweet. My room was small but cute and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, I slept very well. I could leave my bag at the reception both at check-in and check-out, so I could enjoy the city easily. Overall, I was very satisfied, and if I come again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
