The location in the Moselle Valley was great. The room size was ample.The hotel had one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had! I appreciate the breakfast staff kindly putting my tiny cold packs in their freezer overnight so my medical pen would stay cold when we left the next day.

I really like having an electric kettle in hotel rooms when we travel so I was disappointed there wasn't one although I knew that in advance. The bathroom needs some updating from the lime green toilet, sink, and bathtub. The height of the bathtub would make it very tough for anyone with any physical limitations. As great as the breakfast was, the dinner at the Purple Lounge was a huge disappointment. My escalope of veal or chicken or whatever it was was extraordinarily tough to the point of being almost inedible. At no point did the server come to ask how the food was, sadly. The presentation was great but the mystery meat was extremely disappointing.

Nice hotel in the center of Mondorf. Casino and hotel are in a way separate so you don't need to play the slots to stay here. Advantage of the casino is that there is a large free parking in front of the hotel. You go through the slot area for the elevators to the rooms. The room was big, with a nice bathroom and good beds. You get some water for free. The breakfast buffet was really good with a lot of choice, good coffee and a cozy setting to start your day.

note. I arrived late on the evening of October 12, 2022 and left the car in a parking lot far from the disabled parking lot, but on the morning of October 13, 2022 I was surprised to receive a fine of 145 euros for leaving the car in a disabled parking lot. After confirming the position It turns out that the special sign for the disabled has been erased due to use and is difficult to see at night. Therefore, please inform the hotel management of placing phosphorous and stinging signalsI hope that you will contact the hotel management and ask them to pay this fine because the responsibility falls on them and Credit my account

PARKING

This hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and the room was a good size. Would definitely stay again. The purple lounge restaurant food was outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good. Portion size is big so be aware.

We liked the Casino in the hotel and also the restaurants which are directly inside the Casino. So everything is in the same place and that makes it very easy.

We liked all of it. Nothing to complain.

The size of the room for the price was excellent Breakfast restaurant was excellent for ambiance and choice of breakfast

No separation between the hotel and the casino, so had to walk past unsmiling people losing money on fruit machines. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, there was a minibar but obviously at cost. Complimentary water would be welcome.

The staff were very helpful and the food and drinks were pretty good! It’s in a good location with good parking and only about 20 minutes from downtown Luxembourg!

The restaurants on the property didn’t open until evening time.

Room comfortable; breakfast excellent. Only downside was that restaurant was fully booked so it must have been good.

To get to room you had to pass people playing slot machines and the lift was tucked away.

The suite was just beautiful and the staff were amazingly available and soooo nice

The noise during the whole night 😞someone vacuuming after midnight; furniture being moved after that time as well; people screaming...super weird...specially considering it's a separate part of the casino where there are only 2 rooms 🤔 it was quite scary 😨 😳

Great room with a big bath and amazing sauna.

There was no furniture on the balcony which was a shame because the weather was great and the balcony was super spacious.
