Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of items like muesli, fruit, some warm items, croissants, cereal and bread. Also there were various beverages and an excellent coffee machine. Quiet neighbourhood with many buses next to the hotel to downtown and also main train station and Bettembourg station. Comfortable large beds, with TV and coffee machine in the room and there was a spacious bathroom. Many towels were provided as well as shampoo, soap, etc of decent quality. We found the staff helpful and friendly speaking English, German and French to us when we used these languages.

Minor problem with shower door seal which did not cause major problems.

Location was perfect and very quiet. Bus, tram and train transport are all free in Luxembourg and bus stop 3 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful, professional and were always available to support. The room was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and offered a hot option of bacon, eggs and beans as well as fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt, cheese and ham - everything you could want. Parking was very secure.

Nothing, it was great and we would highly recommend.

Breakfast had more ingredients that we like such as fresh fruit, yoghurt and muesli / granola (compared to our last visit in 2023 when many of these items were not present). Everything else was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable.

There was nothing that we actively disliked. Our room (208) would have benefited slightly at night by being able to lower a blind over the window in the foyer area where the coffee machine was kept. Also, we would have liked a kettle for my wife to make tea. The coffee machine could provide hot water, but it tended to be coffee flavoured. Also, the coffee, milk and other items were not automatically replenished, neither were the free soft drinks in the fridge.

location from the city was good, not to close, the staff were very friendly and very informative about the locality. bus stop was out side the hotel, which is free to travel on in Luxemburg, 10 minute ride to the centre. taking a car into the centre is a night mare.

for a 4* hotel, I found the room I had was small, the A/C made a noise in the night, I had to turn it off. I had to go and ask for coffee and milk, as these were not replaced when I used them up. The continental breakfast was OK, It would have been nice to have a little more option on the warm food, instead of liquid egg (like rubber) and streaky bacon 4* hotels could do better......

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with balcony. Location good for overnight stop and secure, free underground parking beneath hotel with direct lift. Breakfast good selection and constantly refreshed. (Scrambled eggs best we had this side of the UK!) Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Free mini bar with range of waters and fizzy drinks really appreciated. Recommendation for restaurant (few minutes from hotel) was fantastic. (Italian bistro)

Had a problem with a jammed balcony door and hotel were extremely helpful in finding another room (upgrade to a suite) showing us three to choose from. Generally hotel needs a little bit of refreshment in some places but honestly not an issue - maybe end of season tidy up?

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well furnished room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good, including hot items (eggs and bacon). Excellent bus access to Luxembourg city. Free minibar items were a nice touch. Convenient parking in underground garage, although spaces are quite small. Very amiable host (Paul) who was quick to provide advice and assistance with room issues and getting into the city.

The lighting was awful. There was only one lamp in the room and the other lighting was not sufficient to read easily in the room. The air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool.

Super nice employees, underground garage, spacious room, comfortable bed - very good breakfasts, plus: you can go to the kitchen at any time and make yourself a tea, coffee, help yourself to fruit, yogurt.. From the hotel 2 minutes to the bus stop to the train station - line 412, 413 and then tram to the center. On foot, 10 minutes to the beautiful Hesper Park - and 10 minutes to grocery stores, if you want to buy something on Sundays open until 1 pm, a hotel worth recommending in every respect - silence in the evening and sunrise in the morning ...

So many things! Breakfast, coffee, tea, Luxembourgish food products, our room, nice hot showers, loved the smell of the shampoo and soap and lotion, close to a bus stop, all of the staff was incredibly nice, we were accommodated even before being able to check in and Giorgio (I hope spelling is right) gave us the best customer service we have ever seen. He made us coffees and pastries while we waited and gave our daughter a coloring activity to keep her busy. It was an awesome way to be treated after a long flight with a toddler. Giorgio and Alim (again hopefully right spelling) went above and beyond for us from before our stay to the end of our 9 days. We were sad to go!

We stayed here for one night and it was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, we had a big walk in shower which was excellent. It is just about 10 mins outside of the main city which was great. We parked in the underground car park to the hotel. Our room was ready early when we arrived about 1 pm. We took the free bus and free tram into the centre of Luxembourg and spent all afternoon there, and got public transport back to the hotel. The breakfast next morning was very good, with plenty of choice. The staff on reception were very helpful.

Very solid option in the area. Quiet, clean hotel. The staff are lovely, attentive but discreet. The room was good, comfy bed and I appreciated the coffee machine and bottle of water. The room was warm, even with aircon, because it was a hot day. I left the window open overnight and enjoyed an uninterrupted sleep.

I found the room a bit dated but that’s a minor point.
