We had wanted to plan a long holiday in September but had to limit it to a very short weekend break because of my work. Our expectations were therefore not high but this one night stay turned out to be a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. The area is so peaceful, the pool and jacuzzi with a lovely view, the spa area not too crowded with hammam, sauna, infra red chairs and a sanarium, the massage was so thorough, the food tasted so good, whether during breakfast, lunch or dinner. All the staff members looked happy and were so friendly. Our room, a suite, was HUGE and it was very comfortable, with two sinks, an enormous bathtub and a mini-bar with free champagne and wine. The room offered fantastic views of the golf course and it allowed unlimited access to the spa. The lift to the spa was just opposite the room.

The suite was, unsurprisingly, a bit expensive but we still opted for the suite because it was the only way to have an unlimited access to the spa area. That has its plus points and the negative points, of course. You have to pay a bit more in order to enjoy the spa area without any time restrictions (otherwise the access to the spa and pool area would be limited to just two hours) but that also means that the spa area is never too crowded and people can enjoy the facilities.

It's a hotel for golf lovers. We are not of them but stayed at Mercure for a night on our way home. We had a spacious double floor room. The hotel itself is quite big and it felt very quiet inside. You can book a time slot at the spa. The spa has good facilities and a swimming pool. Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa but are allowed in the swimming pool.

There were no towels at the spa. You had to bring your own from your room and then you could bring your wet towels to the reception. But at the time we were finished there were no receptionist. Carrying towels to the spa and back was inconvinient. The lady in the spa was not very friendly but she did her best with cleaning everything up.

Having lived in Luxembourg for a few years, I never actually stayed here—odd, considering Kikuoka used to be my home club. The hotel isn’t brand new, and it’s starting to show its age, but the rooms are generously sized, the staff are as friendly as a well-struck drive, and breakfast was good—though it won’t be winning any culinary majors. We chose the hotel for the golf, and on that front, it’s a hole-in-one. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, you’ve found it. If you’re after nightlife, you’re in the wrong fairway—Luxembourg City is a bit of a drive (though, let’s be honest, nothing is really far in Luxembourg). We skipped the hotel restaurant, but the brasserie at the golf course hit the spot nicely.

Nothing really that bothered us

Great location for relaxing outside a bustling city. Only 25 minutes drive to downtown Luxembourg but a world away from a hectic capital. Plenty of parking for our large suv. We stayed 3 nights and were able to sign up for the spa each day. We dined at the main restaurant which offers a good selection of entrees which could have been prepared by a downtown chef. We also dined in the Eagles bar which caters more to the golfers and casual patio diners. This had a selection of the usual pub or club house grub that suited us one evening. A further thank you to Pavel who worked the bar and restaurant all three nights we were there and provided great service.

We had anticipated it being more busy, as the bar was pretty quiet all 3 evenings. Maybe families picked somewhere else for their summer holidays this year.

Specious 2-level room with a nice view on the golf course ⛳️. Perfect for couples and families. Beautiful green areas in the middle of the countryside. Friendly staff. Free car parking. Almost 20 min driving to the center. I stayed for one night when I was driving from Frankfurt to Paris. I wished that I could stay longer.

Nothing major, toiletries, and more comfortable pillows would be something good to have. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

The wellness area itself is spacious with many options. The restaurant in the evening and the breakfast were very good. The staff was very professional and kind.

There was an unpleasant smell in the wellness and pool area. The lighting in the wellness area could have been softer, especially in the quiet room. We only had two coffee pods and two bathrobes in the room, even though we were three people.

Very good spa and wellness facilities, especially the sauna area; a nice and very clear swimming pool and jacuzzi, with a small fitness area. Nice and friendly staff, meals at the restaurant better quality than on some previous occasions, some really delicious. Great location for a quiet stay or walks with the dog.

The pillows were too big and heavy, even the one indicated as soft. In the morning the wellness area was supposed to be open from 9.30, but the employee only started the heating at 9.45 (after a reminder!), so the sauna and hammam temperature were only acceptable as from 10.00.

The family room was big and very comfortable for our family of four. The wonderful pool was what we enjoyed the most. Water temperature was perfect, it was clean, and beautiful. The restaurant and bar were great, but a bit pricey. The staff was always very nice and polite.

Nothing. We liked everything. It is a big far away from Luxembourg, but it is a short drive to the city. Totally worth it if you come with a car. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have a car when the goal is to visit Luxembourg.

I stayed at a hotel with a pool, a golf course, and various equipment. The breakfasts were delicious, and there was parking—while it wasn’t specified as private, it was safe, located on the hotel grounds, and free of charge. The view from the window was lovely, and the staff were very welcoming to children. My daughter was thrilled to receive bubble soap as a gift from the reception.

This has got to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our 4 week travels around Europe. The stopover in Luxembourg was just an overnight on our way to Belgium and we are so glad we chose this hotel for our family of 8. (4 adults and 4 children). After travelling all across France and Switzerland, this hotel was a dream. Big and spacious rooms with big and comfy beds. Breakfast was ok for $20 euro pp. lovely location and such beautiful greenery. The pool and fitness room were great too! If we ever happen to be back In Luxembourg we will definitely return. Thank you.
