Great breakfast and it was available already from 6am, soundproof rooms therefore you cannot hear the planes landing and departing although you are near the airport. Even if you happen to book this hotel simply because there were no rooms available in the city center, it's not a big problem - there is a tramway from the airport to the center in a matter of minutes. On the other hand when you leave it's an advantage because you don't have to drag your suitcase from the city center. Come to the airport comfortably light after your business is done, grab your suitcase in the hotel and check it in at the airport almost immediately. I really appreciated that. If you are runner you can find little woods here and there in the surroundings to do your running undisturbed by the traffic.

I usually prefer a bit bigger rooms, however I wouldn't put it as a dislike for this hotel. For the price requested, this was adequate size.

The location was very close to the airport and had a huge parking space that made it easy to travel by car. The bus stop to Luxembourg city was right outside and it took only 15 mins to reach the city. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff gave us suggestions on other local attractions in the country to visit.

The temperature control was not great. The room was hot, even with the heating system off, and when we opened the window to let the air in, it was too noisy due to the nearby airport. The heating system had a mechanism to maintain a temperature below 20, but it did not function effectively. Breakfast was a bit pricy, but it had a good spread

I liked that we came before 14:00 and the room was ready for us. Everything was clean! Water in the tap was pure for drinking. The location is great if you have a morning flight! The staff are very pleasant!

I don't like that in this hotel there is only one big towel for a person. Only for face, hands, and body! I was confused. It was the first time when I faced with such strange situation! But when I asked another one., I was given a big one because the hotel doesn't have small towels for hands and face! Really strange! And the other thing there wasn't a kettle or a coffee machine in the room. I travel a lot and usually hotels provide this option. It's a tiny comfort that is important for many visitors! In general I liked this hotel.

The room was very basic but comfortable and clean and well laid out. It really met my needs, as I do not need luxury on a short stay before catching a flight. Budget breakfast was a real value. The room was clean and well made up. I like the way the room was set up with a desk by the window . The bathroom is really nice. It was super quiet when I first got there but later I could hear people talking and I even heard someone urinating in one of the adjacent rooms. So sound control isn't the best. fortunately the noises did not continue late into the night. Location cannot be beat: proximity to the airport and with a bus stop right next to the hotel for visiting the city . And a cup of coffee was provided free of charge in the regular Ibis dining room , my second morning. I greatly appreciated that.

It was super quiet when I first got there but later I could hear people talking and I even heard someone peeing in one of the adjacent rooms. So sound control isn't the best. I appreciated the gym machines but there were no handweights in the gym.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. We arrived early but the room was ready, so they allowed us to do an early check-in. The check-in process and nice and easy and in just some minutes we were in our room. The room was modern, clean and its size was OK for a two-night stay. Having power outlets in each side of the bed was good and we had enough space to organise our stuff. The highlight is the proximity to the aiport. It's just a 15-minute walk from it, and although it may seem that it is far from the city center, there are two options of FREE public transport (either leaving from the airport or from a bus stop in front of the hotel), with a good frequency. We stayed here for two two days and both days we could go to the city center easily.

The breakfast is quite expensive for the options they offer.

Very good stay. One of the advantages of the hotel localization - walking distance to the Luxemburg Airport (however a free hotel shuttle is also available) and at the same time to bus stop with many connections (Luxexpo station, city centre). Very clean, comfortable room with lots of electric sockets as well as USB plug sockets. Although it is an airport hotel, it is very quite. Big, clean bathroom. I really appreciated freshly squeezed free orange juice for breakfast. If I ever return to Luxemburg, I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

One of the elevators was out of order during the whole stay.

The room was divided into two parts: bedroom and bathroom. It was small, but not excessively small. There was a bedroom, a little desk, two chairs, a television, an open wardrobe, a trash can and a window with blinders and a double tent to screen away (very effectively) the sun. The bathroom was even large for the usual airport hotels standards with a shower, the toilet and a sink area. We found towels, shampoo and shower gel. There was also a hair dryer. Overall, it was very clean and well maintained.

The only thing I found a little bit distressing was the distance from the city center. In fact, the hotel is in the airport area, almost 10 kilometres away from the center. This is not really a problem though because the suburb is well connected through public transportation, both during the day and the night.

The room was well laid out to make the most of its small size. I had a problem with the window - I couldn't get it to properly open or close - which I reported at the front desk the first morning of my stay, and it was fixed when I was back that evening. Online payment and ID check option made check-in and -out very efficient (although I had to follow up with the hotel to receive my facture by e-mail). The bed was comfortable

A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. The soap dispenser for the shower was only filled on the third day of my stay.

The location is super close to the airport i walked it in 9 mins with a hand luggage bag. The area feels safe. The FREE public transport passes the hotel. The food in the restaurant was ok. Shower was good. Bed comfortable.

The rooms are not sound proofed and i had children next door running wild till late at night. The windows had lots of bugs outside so you could not open them for fear of them coming in! (spiders and crawling things) only 2 sockets and no USB charging spots. to use desk meant having to trail a wire from the bedside. TV had no world news channels and BBC didnt work so no English tv.

Quiet, clean, comfortable hotel room. Easy check in/check out process. Has all the amenities you need for a nice stay. It even has a gym which I've found has been rare travelling through Europe.

Breakfast staff seemed stressed and under-resourced. One morning there was a long wait with no one in attendance and guests started marking themselves off. It is a bit of a journey into the city but there is free public transport that comes often.
