Absolutely loved the quirky and fun approach to hospitality that resulted in a very family friendly atmosphere, so much more enjoyable and welcoming than the typical, corporate chain hotels. Huge room with luxury bathroom that included a terrific shower!! Fabulous restaurant, rooftop bar and onsite bakery all added to our enjoyment. Location is adjacent to the European Courts building but is only a 10 minute ride on the fantastic FREE tram to Luxembourg City Centre

£18 to park the car overnight seemed a bit steep for guests, but it was at least secure in an underground garage for that price.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional cartoon-themed design—playful, unique, and full of character. The location is excellent, with easy access and convenient parking. Our room was spacious, well-ventilated, and very comfortable. As pet owners, we were pleasantly surprised to find two bowls provided — thoughtful and much appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommended for both families, couples, friend groups and pet-friendly travelers looking for something fun and functional.

Really small thing. I do understand your significant sustainability efforts and appreciate them, even though I am not a strong believer in that movement. Don't understand how replacing the usual shower gel with soap is helping the environment, so would recommend that you re-introduce it.

Comfortable bed, pillows , luxurious bedding.

The hotel parking space is very limited and in the area , it is difficult to find a parking because there is no public parking space available. They are all private and reserved. So this was very stressful. We have driven around and around in the area looking for a space after we have driven for 10 hrs, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. We end up parking on the side of the road that has no parking sign which is almost all the roads. Everyone parked on the side of the road got a ticket for €24 , if we knew that this is the charge , we didn’t bother hunting for a parking space as this charge is cheaper than in the hotel charges. Staffs are not too bothered that you are stressed looking for parking and doesn’t show any interest if you’re frustrated.

I loved EVERYTHING!!! Decor is amazing and brings an special experience to enjoy the hotel. Bed is super comfortable . Silence in the room, great tv choices. Absolutely clean, with attention to details. Good breakfast Quality products specially the butter and croissants Cappuccino and macchiatos done properly! Dinner was fun, with great ambiance and DJ Mozon was great! I travel all over the world, I stay mostly in quality hotels but this one is special. Memorable on its on right.☺️

The staff were incredible and the location, although just outside of what would be the ‘city center’, the location was great; lovely and quiet. The room was really comfortable, the shower was great quality and very strong. Breakfast was a massive selection, lots of vegetarian choices and the fresh barista coffees were really nice to have. The ceiling in the lobby and restaurant is so beautiful; I loved staring at it whenever we were in the reception, no clue who the artist is but would have loved to get a print

Nothing really, we forgot our toothbrushes and were floored that replacements were €7 each, but I guess it’s a very captive market when people have no other choice.

This stay was our first at this chain of hotels and we are converts! All spaces, public and private, were fun, comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast offered hot and cold items, kept the tables cleared, and restocked items regularly. All the food was good and fresh. They had a room to work in with electric plugins, a quiet room and a copier that we couldn't get to work; however, the front desk did print for us. The rooftop bar was very welcoming and fun. All spaces were nicely decorated. Most of the staff was competent and helpful. Beds, bathrooms and rooms were all comfortable. Toiletries included a soap bar for hair and body washing along with regular soap and face cleaning pads and ear cleaning buds.

We found it difficult to locate the underground parking facility which was not clearly marked unless you drove past it.

Loved the vibe of this hotel - quirky decor and very comfortable and quiet room. Food was great in the restaurant although very busy so needed to book. We didn't have breakfast in the room rate so went to the Mama Bakery cafe next door. Public transport was free and the tram stop was only a 10 min walk. Luxembourg was a stopover for us en route to Germany so we weren't expecting much it was a complete surprise and we loved it! Underground parking was great. Loved the roof top bar!

Can't fault our stay in Luxembourg at all. Can't wait to go to another Mama Shelter hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Very delicious bufet, many choises, everybody is able to choose. Since the public transport is free of charge, I had no problem with transport to the centre and back to the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, although simple, focused on pets. I really recommend it as a place to be chosed for your stay.

In principle there is nothing particular what I "didn´t like". I had only minor technician problems (I couldn´t open the windows)

It is a good location, very close to a tram line and they provide free tickets for the tram during your stay. There was a terrace on our room.

They need to have some covering for the terrace. When we arrived it was too hot to sit on the terrace without shade, then it rained and we could not use the terrace because there was no protection. The parking was very short so we had to park in the lot and could not charge our car.

The modern design and thoughtful features, e.g. press the button to turn on shower, different firmness of pillows to choose from, cool arts inside the lifts!

Love that the hotel consider the environment by supplying multi purpose soaps instead of gel bottles to reduce plastic. But I found my towels were changed every day, although they don’t need to be changed that often. I wish you could let the guest choose when to change towels, e.g. leave the towels on the floor if guests want a fresh towel, otherwise leave them on the hook
