The hotel is very nice. The rooms and room windows need a small refresh though but it is very decent and clean. There is enough space in terms of wardrobe and lockers. The breakfast is superb, so is the gym which is very big on the top floor with modern equipment. If you are not willing to have a dinner out, the bar serves perfect food. I have been staying multiple times in the NH and will continue going back there. The cherry on the cake is the super super friendly and smiling staff. On top of that, the staff does not change, it is always the same people who are really there to make your stay an enjoyable stay. Kudos to the NH staff : in the breakfast area, the reception and the bar.

- To reach hotel this time it was quite a challenge due to road constructions, but other than that - everything went smoothly; - We didn't get the free-of-charge water, but it was fixed afterwards.

Hotel is very clean. A very lavish breakfast buffet with something for everyone. The hotel has a good restaurant and the waiter serving us was very good at his job. Beds are comfortable and bedding feels fresh.

Check-in took ages. I booked 4 rooms and every room needed to be registered separately with ID's and signatures which meant it took nearly 30 minutes to get our group of 7 checked in. The shower screen is too small so you wet the floor each time you shower. 22,50 per car for parking is quite a lot for outside parking.

We liked the service of the staff, in particular the receptionist, Patrick. From the chat on the phone to confirm the accommodation for our pup to the pleasant smiles and readiness to serve and answer our questions upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed with a blanket and bowls for our Alma. There was a lot of green area on the hotel grounds for Alma to have a stroll safely. The trip was a 1 night stay, but it was enough to leave us with a good impression for our next visit to Luxembourg.

Amazing experience ! The location was great, with a private parking. The room was big and clean, there was even space for my 5 years old to create a play area. We ate at the restaurant in the evening , the staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a kids area in the restaurant which was very useful and convenient. In the morning the breakfast was really great and complete , they even had a donut corner and a waffle corner where you could bake your own waffles ! My kid loved it ! The chef even helped him to bake his waffle, this was super toughfull. There was also a kids area in the breakfast restaurant. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and we will come back in the future !

the check in and out process was fast and very efficient while staff was very professional. Room size was perfect, wit sufficient lightening inside. Cleanliness was on a high level and room equipement was nice and well maintained. Especially what I rate as very convenient is to provide an option not to apply for room service during the stay as this is really very eco friendly and for two night stay very reasonable. moreover there is a free of charge during at hotle bar if free of room service duing the stay. Breakfast was just perfect and special thanks to a very good restaurant services. Parking at site available.

There is very little to complain but still the biggest issue was free wi-fi which was very bad especially during rush hour and not even alloving to smoothly sending e-mails. it was continuously disconecting and connecting. in the evening almost not possible to work. But do not know how paid wi-fi works if this is better or not. Anyway in many hotels world vide is very much standard free wi-fi connection with good speed and signal stability. Despite appreciated available parking still the rate seems a bit too high to me. Most of the hotels also provide for guests free of charge parking. But this is maybe my subjective feeling only.

Very close to the airport, which is reachable on foot. Reception staff welcoming and smiling. The room is spacious but looks quite old and cleaning was not excellent, I found hair in a towel. Disappointed about breakfast staff: I arrived for breakfast at 9:50 and I was invited to take everything I needed as in 5 minutes they would have closed but not told there was the possibility to order à la carte included in the price.

Its a very nice airport hotel. Its less than 10 minutes walk from Airport due to having to walk around the renovations being made to the airport. The staff are friendIy and helpful especially "Chekh" who was on reception when I checked in and was so helpful. I had a large double bed in a spacious room which was very clean, the room had a complimentary large bottle of water and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is reasonably priced and value for money compared to most hotels in Luxembourg. The hotel is only 15 minutes from the centre of Luxembourg and I used bus 29 going to "Hesper, Cite Um Schlass" from the Quai 3 bus stop in front of the airport to get around. Public transport in Luxembourg is free for locals and tourists.

The view from my bedroom window was of some construction taking place (I guessed it was the renovation being done to the airport). There were no slippers or bathrobe provided but with the savings on the price of the room I didnt mind.

I had an excellent stay and felt pampered - a gift (in the form of a balloon with a surprise in it) was waiting for me in my room. Much appreciated. As always, there was everything that was needed for a comfortable overnight stay, plus bottled water that had been missing for a while. The extended tram line is a new direct and convenient connection to the city center. Had a great stay.
