NH Hotel is definitely a big name, and in my opinion, it has maintained its credibility. I have beautiful memories from my stay in Luxembourg. The distance from the tram stop is quite short, the facilities were good, and the breakfast service was excellent. The staff serving during breakfast were very friendly—especially Mr. Jean-Charles (I hope I remember the name correctly), who was exceptionally welcoming.

The AC wasn’t working very well—I was expecting it to be cooler, but it was still acceptable.

The room was very nice and comfortable, very spacious it had nice lighting, lots of coffee and tea in the room, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom and shower are really comfortable, the location was excellent - if you need to be close to the airport, but even if you want to explore the city, I can highly recommend it because you can just hop on tram which is like 300m away. The staff was very nice - even in the middle of the night, when I checked in. Just 10/10

The hotel is very nice. The rooms and room windows need a small refresh though but it is very decent and clean. There is enough space in terms of wardrobe and lockers. The breakfast is superb, so is the gym which is very big on the top floor with modern equipment. If you are not willing to have a dinner out, the bar serves perfect food. I have been staying multiple times in the NH and will continue going back there. The cherry on the cake is the super super friendly and smiling staff. On top of that, the staff does not change, it is always the same people who are really there to make your stay an enjoyable stay. Kudos to the NH staff : in the breakfast area, the reception and the bar.

All was great. Nice shower, good desk for me to work at, ironing board on request and a lovely varied breakfast (the health shots such as lemon and ginger was awesome).

There only ever seem to be 1 person on reception so seemed to be a regular queue at certain times. I like to go green and have no one service my room which means I run low on coffee as it is not topped up. I would ask for more but don't want to queue for ages for such a task.

The hotel is literally diagonally opposite the airport, but the rooms are very quiet. The (double) room was large, scrupulously clean and appeared to be fresh and new. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot & powerful. The staff are really friendly. Breakfast was included and was very good with many vegan choices which is not usual. Food was freshly prepared and coffee good!

Hotel is very clean. A very lavish breakfast buffet with something for everyone. The hotel has a good restaurant and the waiter serving us was very good at his job. Beds are comfortable and bedding feels fresh.

Check-in took ages. I booked 4 rooms and every room needed to be registered separately with ID's and signatures which meant it took nearly 30 minutes to get our group of 7 checked in. The shower screen is too small so you wet the floor each time you shower. 22,50 per car for parking is quite a lot for outside parking.

I stay at this hotel regularly, so my review is not just from one visit. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. They have a real sense of service, which is sadly no longer a given in hotel these days. The hotel location is very convenient if you get there by plane. The food at the restaurant is also good.

We liked the service of the staff, in particular the receptionist, Patrick. From the chat on the phone to confirm the accommodation for our pup to the pleasant smiles and readiness to serve and answer our questions upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed with a blanket and bowls for our Alma. There was a lot of green area on the hotel grounds for Alma to have a stroll safely. The trip was a 1 night stay, but it was enough to leave us with a good impression for our next visit to Luxembourg.

The staff was really friendly (as in genuine and exceeding my expectations) and capable language wise. The bathroom was really clean and modern, I loved that you didn't have a carpet in the room!

If you improve noise insulation and refresh the corridors look and feel it would be perfect!

Very close to the airport, which is reachable on foot. Reception staff welcoming and smiling. The room is spacious but looks quite old and cleaning was not excellent, I found hair in a towel. Disappointed about breakfast staff: I arrived for breakfast at 9:50 and I was invited to take everything I needed as in 5 minutes they would have closed but not told there was the possibility to order à la carte included in the price.
