Close to the train station, not so far away from the historic centre, and just a two minutes walk from the stop of tram line T1, it's a cosy, well-equipped and clean apartment which is perfect for 2 persons (I was alone, so for 1 person it was more than enough). Very good value for money by Luxembourg standards.

The only real downside was the restaurant on the ground level: on my first night a strong food smell was filling up the stairway hall and unfortunately it crawled into my apartment on the 3rd floor as well, even though the door was closed. This was only approx. between 8 pm and 10 pm and fortunately if you close the bathroom and the bedroom doors, it can't reach those, and it's easy to bring in fresh air by opening the windows (although it's not an appealing option in the winter).

It was such an exciting space with good facilities, a neat apartment, and a clean atmosphere. It really provides the sense of home away from home.

The only thing that I didn't like was poor communication with the host while staying in the apartment. First, on arrival, my leg picked up a shard of glass in the common room area, which gave me a little cut. I called the person who came to hand the keys to me on the phone. He promised to come to know what I was talking about but never came or called back. Again, while in the apartment, we needed to sweep the house but was unable to find a sweeping brush or hoover. I tried calling the number provided but no one picked it. I dropped a message on WhatsApp requesting to be directed to where to find a sweeping brush or hoover, but no one ever responded to me.

The location is excellent! Just 3 minutes to the tram stop, also walkable to the city center (30 mins) and Pont Adolphe (15 mins). The apartment itself was also really comfortable. It has a tiny elevator to reach higher floors and that helped my older parents. There is a supermarket just below and it was great. All in all, it was quite comfortable

We lacked a place to hang our clothes. It would have been nice to have some more hooks or something similar to hang our clothes. There were some but we did not find them sufficient. Also, we stayed only for 2 days and had tiny bags. If someone stayed longer, there would be less space to put away stuff. It would have been nice to have a dish cloth in the kitchen.

The location is superb. We could walk and reach the train station from the hotel.. It is just around 100m. The area around is beautiful. The Gare Centre is just infront. The tram station is 1 min walk. A grocery store is just beside our apartment, so we could buy our basic needs and cook our food in Luxembourg. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, so you can roam all around the city in bus and trams and these can be accessed just infront of the apartment. Very beautiful and comfortable place. The rooms are huge and is a luxury.

ACs were provided only in the living room. No acs in the bedrooms. One fan in the apartment bedroom were not working. So it may be uncomfortable during hot weather.

Very central. Value for money compared to hotel prices. Kind reception and checkin logistics.

Prior to arriving, there was an overload of very long emails. Several about parking, many about the check-in process. This caused that important information about (e.g.) calling 30 mins before arrival, was hidden. Took me reading all emails many times to understand the process. It then went smoothly, but the info was confusing and hidden across too many emails.

Very close to main train station and apartment was great size. Spa bath in apartment room was amazing and little subtle blue lights made it really nice. It is about 15 mins walk across the bridge up to the the main part of town. Also for awareness ALL Public Transport is free in Luxembourg so trams across the road and all buses free

Only 3 coffee sachet provided. Noise from nearby pubs and general people can be heard from the room. Better with door closed but If it’s open it can be annoying.

Great location - 3 minute walk to railway station, 5 mins by tram to city centre Equipment rather modern, nothing was missing Kitchen well equipped with tools, ,cuttlery, pots, plates etc. enough for 6 people Spacy apartment, 3 big rooms + kitchen and balcony

Property was spacious even for 3 people and recently renovated. The apartment had all sorts of amenities making our stay more than pleasant. Quite clean overall and good location close to the historic centre. It was a very nice stay and I totally recommend the Queen Luxury Apartments.

Nothing really, maybe only the noise due to the building being on one of the busiest roads in town

It was a pleasant experience with this service apartment. Nearest to Gare Centrale Railway Station , Tram and public transport. Apartment were neat and clean. I would recommend others as well.

It would be good if you can improve the reception service. I feel like a multiple followup to collect the keys. Instead, You could share the key information to customer mobile number as SMS/Whatsapp. Rest all good.
