The room was clean, and had all amenities you would need in a hotel room. The staff were beyond helpful in providing things if something was needed (we needed some extra sheets), to explaining stuff, and providing direction. We didn't have breakfast, but we had dinner one night and the staff in the restaurant were attentive, explaining things clearly, and working fast. The food we had at that time was good, filling and delicious. Additionally, if you are with a Tesla the chargers in front of the hotel are a godsend. In the 4 nights we spent there, there were always at least 1-2 free whenever we needed it, so they are no overly populated. The free parking in front of the hotel was unfortunately always full and the street parking had some spots free here and there (it was free after 18:00 until 08:00 the next day) and so finding car parking can be a bit tricky. But with the underground parking garage of the hotel (paid) there's always place to park if you pay.

Room was very very spacious. Very clean. very bright. and staff was really lovely and helpful. We had a great deal for price.

The bathroom design. No doors to the bathroom. I don't know which interior designer thought that was a good idea. but no doors to the bathroom. and there was slight suggestion of privacy to the toilet. Toilet had the door with a magnet instead of door handle and a lock. and there was a gap which was enough to make a eye contact someone washing their hands. and no ventilation. Overall, not good for 2 friends, 2 colleagues, a couple started dating recently. Also location is far from the city. like it takes min 2 vehicles and 45 mins to get to the city center and its once an hour.

Just over night stay for business visit in Luxembourg, well still 30 minutes drive to destination, but it’s the best combination we could find in term of availability, price and quality. Clean, friendly staff, easy to find parking outside if you don’t want to spend 20 EUR for the garage.

(1) I woke up at slightly after 5AM, and had difficulty to sleep again, due to combination of short blanket, noise from plane landing / taking off (to be fair it’s normal for hotel near airport), and food loading trunk in neighbor supermarket started around 7AM. (Again possibly hotel already talked with them after complaint from previous guest, it’s already later than before). (2) As 4 star hotel, I would expect facilities like coffee machine / water boiler, and safe in the room.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff was really friendly and always there for you. Price-quality wise exceeded my expectations! Easy access to the city with the free public transport. Very efficient and short travelling time.

The rooms were clean but not spotless. Some corners could use a bit of touch ups. Cleaning trolley was left behind in the hallway all day. Bit this is just nitpicking. Overall would recommend to stay here!

The room was very nice and clean. It has a nice greenery view that gives you a relaxing feeling, It was nice to stay there. The hotel is located in a very quiet area

When I contacted the property that I am staying with my 1-year-old baby, they said it is ok, but the room is too small to place a cot there. Although when I arrived and found the room big and spacious, I asked, they said ye,s they can give us a cot, but this will cost 20 Euros, which is too much

Lovely bed, nice room, nice shower.

Room is a bit dark and difficult to set the lighting. Didn’t like having to pay extra for parking. Assumed it would be included as with all other hotels. We were told to park on the street which is free until 8am. However there were no spaces in the street, nor in the open car park when we arrived. We had no alternative but to pay extra. Also we were lead to believe we had breakfast included at check in as we were told what time and where breakfast was. It wasn’t included but the worst thing…. The breakfast maitre d tried to conning us into having breakfast. Very naughty.

Very nice room and neat. A very good bed, sheets, pillows and in terms of size too! The shower is fantastic!

In the room next to us there was a couple making love for quite a long time, more than an hour, and we in bed were uncomfortable with the movement because of this. Our bed wobbled because of them. We are also a young couple and were able to laugh about it, but don't think it is pleasant for everyone.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast lasted two hours longer than usual, the sauna was spotless and the free use hours were very helpful, the check-out time was much later than usual, everything was amazing

To my surprise the room was spacious and felt like a 5start hotel. Air, light, space was beyond expectation. Overall very nice place to stay if you are in Luxembourg.

Would be better to have something on the vending machine for people checking in late night. There are no restaurants or online delivery after 10pm and was difficult for us to manage kids.

The room is very spacious for a standard room that I’ve booked, with a big modern shower. It was also very clean.

The staff are just a bit cold and not hospitable aside from one lady from house keeping who helped as at the sauna, she was the only “kind” one out of the 5 people that we came into direct contact with from checking in to checking out.
