OMG.... this place is mega!!! A beautiful spa hotel that is concrete brutalist slab. The incredible breakfast is huge... and the ample staff are great at managing the crowds. The actual spa was my first.... and I'll be going again. It challenged all my Ausssie and British sensitivity to us the 10+ different saunas "European" style.... but WOW.... now I'm liberated!!! The restaurants attched to the hotel are a short walk.... all with beauutful food! Honestly..... sooooo worth a weekend of relaxation!

The airconditioning in our room was not icy cold.... and it was hot hot hot!!! I like to sleep with a massive duvet and cold.... but the aircon was not up to the task! Please fix!

The breakfast at Hotel Mondorf Parc Hotel & Spa was absolutely perfect — a delightful spread that even included champagne and freshly squeezed orange and celery juice. There was an unlimited selection of meats, cheeses, jams, and salmon. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the spotless white tablecloths added a touch of elegance. The breakfast was simply outstanding. Highly recommended — don't miss it! The spa at the hotel was truly magnificent — featuring a thermal pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a sense of privacy despite the presence of other guests. Even with people around, you could still fully relax, unwind, and enjoy the soothing warmth of the thermal springs and the serene atmosphere of the sauna.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, and the location is great — only about 25 minutes from Luxembourg City. We really enjoyed the saunas and the spa rituals, especially the one where they put frozen aromatic spheres on the hot stones — it was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Also, there is a large free parking lot, which was very convenient.

On the last day of our stay, the restaurant manager asked us to finish breakfast at 10:10, even though breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30. She mentioned a planned event, but it still felt quite unpleasant, despite the staff being polite. Another small inconvenience was the lack of English navigation signs. If you don’t speak French or German, it can be quite hard to understand where to go inside the spa, and we had to constantly use Google Translate. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel lobby and in the corridor leading to the spa center, probably coming from the thermal water.

I appreciate the possibility of direct entry from the hotel premises to the spa through a separate entrance gate and also the possibility of having a room with already prepaid entrance to the spa available. The hotel is located in a quiet area where, in principle, nothing disturbs the peace. The staff at the reception, in the bar, in the spa, were very helpful and explained everything we asked in detail (but it was worse at breakfast, where the staff was not very friendly, even though they fulfilled their duties otherwise).

The hotel does not have a sufficient number of parking spaces, although there is a large parking lot nearby, but it quickly fills up with spa visitors in the morning and then there is nowhere to park. Later in the afternoon the situation is better and the evening is of course the best. The accommodation is slightly overpriced and so is the hotel restaurant. My request for accommodation on a higher floor was not granted at check-in without being informed of the reason, even though I received a message from the hotel immediately after ordering accommodation that my request (for accommodation on a higher floor) was accepted.

The Spa experience is great ! It is nice that all is reachable from inside the building. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast on next morning was just gorgeous. Everything went well except the staff at checkout.

The person at reception desk was not very polite and left us alone doing unknown operations at his desk without adressing to us or just simply inform us that he has seen/heard us.

Breakfast is superb, the hotel on the inside is very nice and calming, the wellness area has lots of options, nice pools, clean and comfortable saunas, beautiful hotel surroundings

The beds are too hard which significantly impacted our stay, the purpose is relaxation and wellness and not being able to sleep comfortably is obviously a big negative. The outside of the building looks like a concrete bunker which is not visually pleasing. The complex can have a distinct hospital feel about it

I love that you have free access to the pools and wellness for free for two days. I love Mondorf and the thermal baths. Even if I live in Luxembourg, I still love to stay at the hotel a few weekends per year. Everything is perfect, the staff, the many restaurants and food options, the facilities. Everything for an amazing relaxing weekend

The room was really good and spacious. We enjoyed the thermal pools, the facilities as a whole and also the breakfast. We spend very nice days and also visited nearby restaurants. It's convenient to drive to Luxembourg City or Schengen.

Booking a tennis court was a problem. It seems the agreements with the owner of the courts had been cancelled, so we couldn't play tennis. There was quite some misinformation amongst the employees on that matter. Parking is busy and can be stressful for electric vehicles, with only a few spots.

The spa is amazing! It is huge, big pools with cold, warm and very warm water, multiple saunas and jacuzzi, multiple shower areas, inside and outside with warm water, nice resting areas, all with very nice temperature. I am used to the German spa where it is cold everywhere except the saunas and I really loved that here there was a pleasant, warm enough temperature in the indoor areas. The whole place is very well maintained and the small details make your experience there very enjoyable (enough sun beds, many places to hang you towels, shower separators, ladies only area, changing room in the hotel lobby for those who did the check out but still want to use the spa, etc).

Breakfast was excellent . Staff were attentive . Freshly cooked omelettes were lovely .

Hotel just needs modernising somehow . Outside needs a good steam clean .
