Reception ok, Bed, bathroom - generally ok

since the hotel accepts guests with dogs, it is incomprehensible that the dog had the opportunity to stay with its owner in the restaurant, especially since the restaurant is open, i.e. there was no wall between it and the reception, so standing with a dog at the reception two meters from the restaurant is ok, but entering with a dog a step further is prohibited, strange and frustrating. fortunately, next door - 30m from the hotel there is a great restaurant where dogs are accepted extremely well

Decent, clean, relatively good value for money, friendly staff and noteably flexible (first hotel not minding me taking my bike in the room). Very convenient wrt to events (such as Schleck Gran Fondo in Mondorf-les-bains ).

Isolated location, nothing but the highway next to it. Also, parking is limited, no choice if you don’t find a spot.Relatively limited choice in the breakfast buffet.

Ibis Luxembourg Sud was ideally situated for us as we are on a motorcycle trip across Europe. It enabled us to break our journey at a convenient point and was very easy to locate. Rui the manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that our needs were catered for. During our stay it became apparent that he was like this with everyone!

We are used to coffee making facilities in the room in UK hotels so we missed that.

Location close to motorway excellent but as we arrived on Sunday evening it was difficult to find somewhere open for a meal. Check in and out was easy and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

No stairs had to use the lift.

Very noisy from the outside. Tried to have the window open but the sounds of trucks and cars all night I had to close the window. Staff were great when we arrived and tried to help us find somewhere to eat on a day where everything was closed. But staff in the morning at breakfast well, it felt like they didn't want to be there, looking very unhappy and not friendly at all.

Everything was very clean and great. The check in process was smooth and the daily housekeeping was great.

It was very far away from the city centre and also quite far from any public transport

The room was perfect with the dogs. Great possibilty to walk them around the hotel and the aircon was working what made it easy to keep the room cool.

The bathroom would need a stronger fan as there is no window and with a shower it get's a bit to humid in there. More then one towel per person would have been great.

Easy check in and out. Very clean. Convenient location. Friendly and efficient staff.

We knew the restaurant would be closed in the evening at the weekend but we would have preferred it to be open. However the nearby Italian restaurant was excellent.

It was a good experience.

I have paid for the family , and they gave me a discount for the kid. But in the morning, staff did a hard unpleasant inquiry ,any way, it resolved, and staff apologized. .

beautiful countryside. very clean room. not expensive.

the restaurants in the area were often closed. one time the entire restaurant in the hotel was reserved for a huge group.
