The hotel was very well situated to take the city tram to the airport or rail station, also for the old town, Cathedral and a wide choice of cafes and restaurants. The tram stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. .

The pillows were very soft and flat offering little support and not a helpful aid to a good nights sleep. NB the hotel takes a credit card pre-payment of €50 per day against car parking and use of the hotel cafe/restaurant. Any monies unspent are automatically re-credited to the card after check out

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to pedestrian area so really central. Bus no. 6 from airport stops really close to hotel, only 5 minute walk away. Hotel is really nice, clean & rooms are modern. Double beds are huge and very comfortable. Kettle in the room for tea/coffee and also available at reception for a charge. Excellent hotel.

Room was very warm and fan didn't help a whole lot so hard to sleep. Couldn't open windows due to noise of planes flying over from about 6am (nothing hotel can do about this obviously). Aircon would be very welcome. Also our room had no door on room shower was in which was really odd, not even a curtain you could pull across (toilet was in a separate room with door). Not sure if all rooms are like this but you would want to be very comfortable with person your staying in the room with 😆

This wasn't my first stay at the Parc Plaza. It is located a few minutes' walk from the city centre, is well-staffed, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. For example, I arrived well before checking-in time, in order to have a lunchtime meeting. I was able to leave my car in a parking space and complete check-in later in the day. The hotel is situated in lovely gardens, and offers views over the valley that divides the city.

The first-floor room looked onto the main approach to Reception, and - even with the window closed - I could hear people talking as they walked by. This is a medium-level hotel, aimed at business travellers as well as tourists, and the price is high, with the rack-rate at over £200 per night for room only. I guess it is the price to pay for its location.

The personnel was extremely helpful. Great location. However a rather bizarre setting. Way too far from street level. Had to walk through big parking lot and navigate through different signs. But eventually you get there. Extremely clean room. Extremely. Catered every day with clean towels.

There are no slippers in the room as a standard amenity. You can buy them for five euros but they were sold out. A rather uncomfortable situation since the room is carpeted. No body lotion or hair conditioner and nowadays is difficult to bring with you such items in a carry on as liquid amount is limited in a flight. I take responsibility however as I should have read the room description more carefully.

The hotel is nice, well located just about a 10 minute walk to Ville Haute (old town) It was very comfortable and had everything as expected. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The room also had a portable AC installed which was great because we arrived on a very hot weather. The restaurant (is separated from the hotel but close enough) is very good.

The hotel is not easy to find by car (even with GPS) because it is in the middle of lots of other buildings, and the car entrance is kinda far and weird, keep that in mind if you arrive by yourself and driving. The parking spaces are no so many and it gets full really quick, and for €25 a day it is really expensive yo pay for a not-so-sure parking spot. Even most of the staff were really nice, a couple of them (specially at check in time, in the afternoon) were not so friendly. The bathroom is separated, on toilet room and the other with sink and shower. I personally hate that, keep in mind if you hate it too ;-)

great cost price value. friendly staff at the counter did not hesitate to open google map and show us where to park free during weekends even thought the property provides convenient private parking. Room may not be the most fancy one, but it is simple and clean with a great price. Small fridge in the room with water cooker and instant coffee. shampoo provided. you can totally rely on the pictures provided on the booking site as every detail looks exactly the same.

as how the others mentioned, the pillow is sooooo soft. we had to fold it over even twice to have some support. the shower room is without a door. it wasn't a problem for us in spring but not sure about other seasons

Quite location a short walk (10 minutes) to the old town. Comfortable room, firm bed. Staff were helpful and polite. Liked the big red swivel chair! There was a kettle and some coffee and tea. Cleaned each day. Great!

No door to the bathroom. That was a design "feature". Also we were on the ground floor and cars kept parking outside our room. It meant we could only open the window at the restricted amount at night, whereas if we had been higher up we could have had the window open wide. Didn't eat there (€17 for breakfast each seemed a lot but maybe that's normal in Luxembourg).

It’s close (5-10 m walk) to pedestrian streets, trams and airport buses. There is a nice park a few minutes away. Silent environment, but when the widow is open, you can hear people talking (sometimes loudly) at the entrance if your room is on that side. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. (It was quite hot though.) Check-out is 12.

One has to pay 50 euros deposite per night in advance to cover extra costs. The amount was returned immediately after checking out. Walls are too colourful to my taste. No air conditioning. Toilet is not in bathroom.

The room was very large and spacious. Comfy bed and I absolutely fell in love with the red armchairs that are in the room. We also took parking although it seemed a bit expensive (25 euros/night) but considering that transportation in Luxembourg is free we preferred to leave the car safely in the hotel garage and ride the bus.

Two things were a bit annoying although we loved the very large windows which let a lot of light into the room you had to be careful to keep the curtains drawn if we were changing as our room faced the street to the bus stop. It was also kinda cold in the room. We couldn't find the button to turn on the heater. Maybe there should be clearer signs in the room.

Overall it was a nice place, the staff was nice and I would stay in this hotel again!

Checkin time was at 4pm, I saw it first time usualy it's at 2pm. We arrived little bit earlier and in the reception they told us that our room is ready, but we can't do the checkin now and asked us to pay 25€ more for instant checkin. 👎 Conclusion, at this point we were very dissapointed. Hope they will change some policies to satisfy the needs of their future guests.
